Today they came with a full crew and did a top to bottom cleaning. I'm currently pregnant and so this took a huge load off so I am extremely grateful. They cleaned lights, baseboards, picture frames, cabinet fronts, fridge and the house smells and looks amazing! I am especially thankful they use the full ECO line of products which are non-toxic as we are a chemical free home. They also use lemon and tea tree essential oils too so everything smells wonderful and I know it's not harmful to our health. They did such an exceptional job cleaning plus the owner called me to fix and over fix the negative experience I had 2 years ago which speaks volumes to their customer service. I hired EHC sight unseen only based on reviews while in WA to surprise my pregnant and about to give birth daughter with her first ever mother's day gift. From the moment I made the first call until they completed the cleaning, I was very much impressed. Celicia was so accomodating, easy to communicate with and caring that it was an easy decision to hire them. My daughter is super happy and keeps raving . The cleaning was the worst I've ever seen. They push you into the full deep cleaning (even though I already had a regular cleaner). Then they charge you the first of the month for your cleanings before they happen. Still requesting a refund for the cleaning they didn't do after I canceled them back in March. It didn't look like they cleaned my toilets, then the next time my floors. She made me feel really bad for complaining of their crappy job. Got a new cleaner suggested by a friend and it's crazy the difference. read more

I worked for this company for seven days and they let me go because I was not fast enough for them, despite finishing every house early and only being paid hourly. The training they give you is poor and underhanded. I was being trained besides someone on there first day (it was my 7th) and I could hear things being taught that I was never told. along with the fact that they made me do a whole week of "wet work" and the following week I was told I'd do " dry work " and this new trainee was being cross trained in both on her first day. Nothing is consistent with this company other than greed. They claim to be so caring and "eco friendly" when all they use to clean are sponges and towels they re wash and use on every house until they fall apart, and essential oil you can buy from anywhere. After giving my "equipment" back to the manager the following day after being fired I was told that I was going to be charged for the laundry they have to do because I didn't wash every single thing before returning it, even though when you're employed with them you have to wash all of your rags/sponges/mop pads and you're not reimbursed for any of it and if you're like me and have to take your stuff to a laundry mat that adds up pretty quickly since I had to do that three times in seven days. After receiving my last pay check I was astonished that I was paid $264 for a whole week of work, after sending an email confused as to how even hourly at $15 I was paid such a small amount fully aware that they took money off my paycheck for the "fees" of "damaged equipment" that's over $300 in fees.. for laundry, and a mesh bag they gave me that had a whole in it. The owner had the audacity to tell me I left a USED maxi pad in the caddy which I'm fully aware that I did not use a maxi pad and put it back in my caddy? What person would do such a thing? And that was a fee charge? along with a rusted blade? I never even used it. They charged me because a bottle of liquid they gave me spilled inside a ziplock bag, oh yes they charged me for that as well. So not only will they do everything possible to not give you full time hours, they'll make you promises that you'll get paid percentages of the houses you clean and then rip you off anyways. As a single mother trying to keep a roof over my three year olds head they have severely screwed me over..my first check from them was also only $200 and rent nowadays is upwards of 1k .. this place is simply a scam read more
