I used them for their wash and fold service for almost a year with no issue. The past month my clothes hasn't smeed fresh, my navy blue robe was bleached, and it seems like whatever detergent they changed to it now causes us to itch. And the last straw was during the last drop off we left out gain clothes didn't smell like anything was used. So sadly we will not be using them for wash and fold any longer. It's 24/7, local, affordable, and clean. I do actually own my own washer and dryer in-home, but on the rare occasion when I need to dry a large blanket or something I will use their dryers; they have medium size dryers that are $0.39/10 mins and larger dryers for $0.65/10 mins. In my neighborhood there are about two laundromats in the area. This one in my opinion is the most upscale of laundromats in the community, they use cards, these cards can be re-filled and the Earlybird card machine does accept credit/debit cards. There operation is always flowing with customers, they keep the grounds maintained, as well as the equipment. There is a parking lot onsite. read more

This has got to be one of the worst places I've ever taken my clothes too. First it was thrown (all of my clothes) and when I was leaving she forgot I asked for my clothes to be air dry!!!! So my sons clothes was just in the back hanging. And I'm pretty sure I'm missing clothes Bc I can't find more of his pants. They only had 3 air drying. I wouldn't send laundry out if it was a small load. And when I first dropped off my clothes she gave me attitude and got upset Bc I didn't tell her I had more than one bag. This is by far the worst experience I've had with this company. Never again!!!! And I will be sure to tell everyone !! read more

I hate this place. I only came here because our washer and dryer needed to be repaired and we were running out of clothes. I have a family of 5 so we go through a lot of clothes. I had two bags of laundry and when i arrived, the attendant got upset because i had more than one bag. Then she and the other attendant proceeded to make fun of the fact that i had so much clothes that needed to be washed. I guess they thought i didn't understand Spanish but i interjected and told them in their native language that they were being rude. I picked up our clothes a few days later. Everything was just thrown in the bag, socks were not matched together, they dried items i asked them to hang. I will never bring my clothes here again. read more

My husband takes our clothes to this location in Teaneck because it's very close to home. Unfortunately they are no good at washing the clothes doesn't smell like anything! They don't even flip the socks inside out correctly they leave them exactly how it was put in the laundry bag rolled up in ball so obviously they weren't washed properly! The folding isn't even good looks like my 5 year old folded it! Don't drop off the clothes to be washed here they are not properly washed! read more

I have been using this place since I moved into the neighborhood mostly for the wash and fold since it's on my way to and from work. It's pretty decent at only .99 per pound with a 10 pound minimum. I just go weekly at this point and drop everything off. I was a bit apprehensive because I was worried about losing articles of clothing but after 3 weeks so far, nothing missing or taken. Only downfall is that they say if you come in before 9 am, they can have it to you by end of day, usually it takes them til the next day. Also, one time I showed up 30 minutes after the pick up time but they told me it'd be another 30 minutes. But the staff is super friendly so I can't be all too mad. read more

I went there to wash my clothes and someone took my clothes out of the dryer without my permission during this pandemic. I had 3 dryers one had 27 minutes one had 30 minutes and the last one had 35 minutes. I came in while the the other 2 was still running but someone took my clothes out of the other one!! I had to re-wash my child's clothes! read more

I dropped off my clothes for wash and fold pickup service. Unfortunately, the washer lady spilled bleach on my clothes - ruined three items of clothes. Can you believe they denied it and tried to say that I put bleach on my own clothes in order to get them to buy me new ones? Sad. Needless to say, I won't ever go there again and I would recommend no else drop off their clothes at this place. read more

The staff is very nice & go out of their way to help u. What I don't like is the fact that u must buy a card to use machines & if u can no longer come to this laundromat, u lose whatever money u have on Card! So, why turn it in if u still have money on it & they won't give u a refund? Just take the card with u even if ur moving. Use most of the money up & destroy the Card. Is that mean? Isn't it mean to make hardworking people not get a refund from the money they still have on their card?!?? The cost of business goes both ways! read more

My boyfriend's favorite laundromat. He always try to convince me to do laundry here by saying they have extra wash and extra rinse machines. He thinks that a big deal. I like this place because it's big with many machines, clean, and convienently located next door to a pizza place. We make a date night out of this. Laundry and pizza, perfect combo. The price of the machines are reasonable. They don't use quarters here, but instead a prepaid card. They have private parking lot so parking hasn't been a problem during the weekdays. Not sure about weekends. The staffs are friendly. The young guy who works there looks like a spanish version of my ex. I get a good laugh whenever I'm here (not that you guys need to know this. haha). They have four tvs here. Every time I've been there, the tv is always on the spanish station. All in all, good place to do laundry. read more

Convenient and decent priced. But I am leaving one star because my clothes were either stolen, taken by accident or thrown out. I came here instead of going to my usual place. I had 3 seperate dryers with 3 seperate loads and only one load went missing. Very sketchy and staff wasn't very helpful to help me figure out what happened. read more

I love this laundromat...now that I moved across counties I'm not sure I will find a place that compares. I have high expectations. Early bird is 24/7, friendly and helpful staff, free wifi, lots of machines, it's clean, and the price is perfect. I think I might just travel for it read more

I have to give kudos to the people that work here.The place can get very crowded, but it's always spotless and well staffed. The machines are decently priced and there are plenty of them in varied sizes. The parking lot is ample and the pizza place next door is quite convienent.They have big TV's and even music. read more

I have used this laundromat a few times and am very pleased. I used their wash and fold twice and did my own laundry there as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even letting me know at my first drop-off that there was a 15% off coupon online, which I greatly appreciated as I was dropping off close to 90 lbs of laundry. Tried this place since I wanted a large amount of stuff washed in a little amount of time, attendants were very helpful. Depending on what time you go it can be crowded but night time is the best time to go. Not too pricy and washed my clothes well. I like the idea of having a card to use instead of putting coins in the machine. You fill up your card and use it to wash/dry. If you ever want to see your clothes again, do NOT go here! Or, don't drop your clothes off for the wash and fold service. I'm new to the area so I thought I would give this place a try. I dropped off a big bag of laundry with mostly towels, tank tops and basic things, plus two full length sundresses (that were both machine washable). When I was unpacking my finished laundry at home, I realized my one sundress was not there. This was a brand new Victoria's Secret sundress that I only wore once. After going back to the store, they looked for my dress but I was told it was not there. I was even told by the woman who did my laundry that the dress was never in the bag. I'm a nurse and extremely meticulous and detail oriented and I know for sure that the dress was there. Clearly it was either lost or stolen but no one wants to own up to that. Finally they had their manager call me and I even emailed him a picture of the dress off the internet. He assured me he would look through the security tapes and he would call me back. This was about four weeks ago and he NEVER bothered to call me back. I will never go here again and I would advise anyone else to do the same. read more
