I dont leave negative reviews but had to for this case. I will not be returning to this doctor. He is borderline committing insurance fraud. Tried to fight it but it'll take too much effort on my end to continue. We had 2 interactions. The first was an in person visit. The 2nd was a 1 min phone call to get the xray results which were completely normal. The doctor charges my insurance for a 20-30 min virtual appt--yes it was virtual appt but no it did not last 20-30 min. Yes the doctor had to interpret the xray but i doubt that it took 20-30 min to do so. My insurance said he could've have billed for a 15 min appt. I requested for a reconsideration, the doctor denied it. The bill for that 1 min phone call was $200. Why can't this office be more client focused and figure out a less expensive way to distribute normal xray results???? read more
