No copies of these forms given to us so we did not know about the $70 fee for cancelling with less than 24hr notice. 2. Cancellation fee is excessive based on actual time the therapist spend with us (15 minutes). 3. No 'empathy' from staff for someone who has cancer, recent back surgery and could not get out of bed. Called as soon as we could but no one ever answers the phone. 4. A one sided arrangement. Therapist was always at least 10 minutes late for appointments but we get charged for a late cancellation. This says they do not value their clients time. 5. Quick to threaten. When asked about the fairness of a late charge, their first response is to threaten to turn you over to collections. 6. No reminder calls or texts. A reminder which should include cancel fee information is not part of their business process. Conclusion: Poorly run business with poor business practices. There are many physical therapy services in our area. Choose another.

I realize this may not always be the case, as the insurance companies run our lives, but, in this case, you truly made a difference. Nothing but kudos to you all. He is a very busy doctor, but he took the time to explain my options and answer questions about the injury and recovery process. He took the more conservative option between 2 possible surgeries to fix it and so far, so good... the bone is healing well and physical therapy is helping with my range of motion. I've been seeing Hannah the PA in his office, and she is very personable and knowledgeable. The front office staff isn't always super friendly but every time I call, it seems like Jasmine answers the phone and she is helpful and professional. Tried to fight it but it'll take too much effort on my end to continue. We had 2 interactions. The first was an in person visit. The 2nd was a 1 min phone call to get the xray results which were completely normal. The doctor charges my insurance for a 20-30 min virtual appt--yes it was virtual appt but no it did not last 20-30 min. Yes the doctor had to interpret the xray but i doubt that it took 20-30 min to do so. My insurance said he could've have billed for a 15 min appt. I requested for a reconsideration, the doctor denied it. The bill for that 1 min phone call was $200. Why can't this office be more client focused and figure out a less expensive way to distribute normal xray results????

The other needed surgery and my first experience with Moscardi was a good one, so I requested to see them again to my Orthopedic. I just completed my last physical therapy session and I couldn't be happier with the result. And my Ortho is pleased as well. The staff is friendly and professional. They followed an updated regiment on my chart so that I continued to improve range of motion and strength back to my shoulder. I like the consistent, slow process to prevent a re-tear by over doing it. Louis is constantly observing the room while working on other patients to make sure proper form is being practiced. Scheduling appointments was very easy and they are accommodating if you need to reschedule when the need arises. If you are considering surgery with an Orthopedic, or have a minor sprain/injury, proper healing starts with proper movement, Louis and his staff will have you back in the saddle in the right amount of time!
