They were to play during guest seating and the ceremony. Due to the rain that started at 5:30, they wouldn't play. Although, they were completely covered (which was stated as a need during rain). The wedding planner asked them to play although the guests weren't being seated (standing around due to delaying the ceremony). Once they agreed to play, it took another 15 minutes. We were also told it would be an additional $50 for every 15 extra minutes they were needed (I did know this was in the contract but it says nothing about inclement weather). In order to give my daughter what she dreamed I agreed to do that if needed. The musicians never said they were sorry for the problems. Also, we haven't been offered a refund for the time they did not play. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The reception music was absolutely perfect! And, I personally loved the ceremony music and how he timed it all so well...I don't know how he did it but I thought it was so beautifully done!
