We hadn't had a family photo taken in quite some time, so spur of the moment I tried to find a photographer for a Charleston photo shoot. The minute I saw Melissa's examples on her website, I knew she was the one I wanted to use. Due to my son's military schedule, we had to do some juggling to find a date and time that worked, but she was super accommodating. We wanted a "Charleston" backdrop, so we met at White Point gardens, took many photos there, as well as throughout downtown Charleston, and along the seawall at the battery. Melissa was great to work with, and made you feel immediately at ease. She had a lot of great suggestions, and really worked hard to get us a variety of photos so we'd have many to choose from. I also really liked that we would be given access to all the photos that she took, and weren't locked into a specific set amount. We are thrilled with the results, and would highly recommend her! Don't hesitate to give her a call, you won't be disappointed!!

We absolutely loved having her there on our wedding day--she was calm and fun and organized in all of the craziness of the day. We were also very happy with the pictures we got back. Kim was also very helpful in answering some of my wedding related questions--photo related or not--which was great because I live in California so wasn't able to be around much before the big event. She's also helping us with our coffee table photo book which I know will turn out fabulous. :-) Kim is a pleasure to work with and comes out with a great end product.
