Seating near the pool is great for those not looking to swim. There is even an small outdoor area. The complimentary breakfast offered by this hotel is great. I could tell it was very well managed and staff enjoyed talking to guests. Honestly, it's so good that it makes the breakfast options at even more expensive Kansas City hotels look very poor. The rooms were clean and while not needed, it was great to see the accessibility options the hotel has in tub shower (even non-handicap rooms). The complimentary fridge, safe, and closet were nice amenities. My wife booked this stay and I'll admit, at first I thought I had some better options in town -- but this stay was a very pleasant surprise. I plan to stay here from now on when I visit.
