I've never played in this area before so wasn't sure what to expect, but the course was immaculately maintained and in great condition (greens were fast, but that's no real surprise). The staff were all fantastic giving us the lay of the land, loading our bags and chatting over the course of the day. We had weekday rates, but compared to similar courses with the same price, they really set themselves apart. There are a lot of homes in play on the course, so worth being careful, but the community is beautiful so you get some eye-candy along the way.

The first hole has out of bounds on the left and water to the right. A long iron off the tee is the smart choice and will still only leave you with a short iron to wedge into the green. The second hole has out of bounds to the left and water to the right and is also a short par 4. The third is a par 4 with out of bounds to the left and is open to the right. The fourth hole is a very short par 3 that has a tree line to the left that stands as out of bounds. The fifth hole is a short par 4 the is open to the right and has a wooded area to the left. The sixth is the first of back to back par 5's and is very reachable in two with a good drive. The seventh is a much longer par 5 and has a tight fairway with water on both sides. The eighth is a dogleg left par 4 with a drive over water as well as water to the left. The ninth is a mid iron par 3 with woods to the left of the green. The back 9 is a par 34 with 2 short par 3's and no par 5's. The tenth hole is a par 3 that is a short iron to an elevates green with OB to the left. The eleventh is a short, driveable par 4 that is open. The twelfth is a par 4 with rolling hills in the fairway often leaving a blind second shot to the green. The thirteenth is a par 4 from an elevates tee with OB on the left. The fourteenth is a par 4 that goes uphill and has OB on the left and right of the fairway. The fifteenth is a hard dogleg right par 4 that requires strategic placement on the tee shot in order to go at the green. The sixteenth is a short par 4 with OB to the left and behind the green. The seventeenth is a lengthy par 4 that has a hard dogleg to the left and OB on the left. The eighteenth is a short par three from an elevated tee with OB to the left. Overall, the course is short and very score able. There are no bunkers on the course and the rough is kept fairly short. The fairways tend to be a little hard in the summer, but the greens are always in immaculate condition and very soft.
