Not sure the service I received is even worthy of 1 STAR. Purchased a very expensive tile/wood…read moreappearance flooring. Sales was fine but went downhill from there. The installers (which I was told were the best) were horrible. There was zero respect for me, my home and the overall process. One day there were 2 installers, the next day 4 and then 3 the following. Started on a Monday and they were to finish on Thursday. Carpeting in 4 rooms on Friday. The tile installers would arrive about 9:39 and stayed as late as 8 two evenings. They jumped around so nothing is consistent and smooth. There are definite ridges and the grout line varies from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch. Baseboard was to be replaced and of course no one asked they just start tiling until it was too late. In addition, I had to lock myself in my bedroom with my very large dog. When I did step out the ridicule and laughter was unacceptable. PLEASE DO NOT STOP READING IT GETS BETTER. On the Thursday evening, they walked out when a 5th person arrived. No one was ever introduced to us, we were in the middle of a Pandemic, and the Sales Person was horrible when I asked for some support. The words he used I can not include in this review. Carpet installers were a gift from heaven. Polite, efficient and did an amazing job. I would hire them anytime. Not the company. Think carefully about using this company. I was going to allow them to install my granite counters but NOT NOW, NOT EVER.

I've been trying to get over how I feel about the flooring we purchased in the Granbury store but I…read morecan't. It's been a year since we bought and installed our flooring that we paid close to $11,000. We had wood, carpet, and tile installed in the first floor of our home and a bit upstairs, and the old floor removed. I love my choices but the installation was quite less than desired. We have never lived in a home long enough to have to deal with replacing it until this home. I was told by the salesman it can be messy so you might want to get some furniture covers. Well, let me tell you it was WAY more than "messy". The dust, particles were EVERYWHERE!! It went places we had no clue that it could. I feel salesperson needed to come out and tell us the truth. I also need to tell you it was VERY loud! They were using a jackhammer like tool!! Once again, it needed to be mentioned. My guess is if people knew how awful it is the may think twice?? The carpet in the bedroom looks pretty good. Upstairs he didn't conceal the seam very well. The installation of the engineered wood wasn't good either. They really nicked up the walls and trim, along with the furniture! We had to have them come back to clean up the glue that was still on the floor. The tile portion was the worst of it all. I chose the tile and grout at the store. NOTHING was said about sealing the grout or using presealed. Being new at the new flooring thing, I didn't know to ask at that time. My thoughts on this is he wanted to come in with a much lower bid. If he would've given the option I definitely would have paid extra for the presealed! The floor boards were pretty torn up. The grout lines/depths were awful, especially where the tile met the floorboards. They also nicked up the walls. I had someone come back at least twice? to make some changes. I could surely list some more problems but I'm sure you get the idea! No! I would not recommend them!
