A few hours after e-mailing them a copy of my logo for printing, they called to tell me my signs were done. I was thinking "Wow that was fast"! Especially since I told them no rush. I brought in a check for $80 for the total due, and it turns out they just printed my logo on a piece of vinyl. The original I brought in for them to copy had listed a couple services offered and a phone number. He asked if I wanted to leave the check there and they would reprint them. I took the copies of my logo so they would not be wasted. When I went to pick up the new ones they wanted me to pay again, and said it was my fault the first ones were wrong, even though I brought them the example and said "I want a copy of this". I paid and left, never to use them again.

At the beginning we told them when you see such and such that goes in the garage, all the boxes are labeled, and there's one item of furniture that goes in a specific room. We had to say no more. There was no repeated "where does this go?" Or "what about this one?" questions. All of our things were handled with care and they even removed thier shoes on our uncovered carpet areas (it was raining outside). If you're moving or need maintenance things done, call them. The booking process online was useless, the phone coordinator who I believe was the guy in charge the day of the move didn't lead me to believe that my day was properly booked and when they showed up the actual muscle in the move was late. The guys who did the bulk of the moving were good. They handled our stuff with care for the most part or so it seemed. And they took care to not damage the rental house we were moving out of. I tried booking them for three hours to ensure things were done right and that I wouldn't be needed to do anything but oversee what they were doing. We didn't have many big things to move. But one of the things we did have was a king size storage bed that upon unloading the truck was absolutely wrecked. Multiple chunks missing from the drawers. They stacked the frame of the bed exposing the rails the drawers go in and stacked boxes it. We haven't opened up many boxes yet but needless to say I'm pretty worried at what I'm going to find. The guys who unloaded the truck made the comment that they will never see me again so why would they care. And that's exactly how it feels. I paid them for the job they did, as crappy as it was and they will never have to see me again so who cares. Needless to say I would advise NEVER using this company for moving services until someone takes the reigns of the business who actually cares about the job on the departure and arrival side and the happiness of the customer.

Our bathrooms always look and smell so nice once they're finished. Communication is super with a Bibbs rep letting us know well in advance if we are running low on any cleaning supplies.
