I am only available after 3pm on weekdays because of school for work and am open on the weekends. I realize this is a challenge for Opti Staffing as they are primarily staffing for 9-5 positions. I thought I would still give it a go and if there was something available that would be awesome! If not, then no worries. The people I dealt with could just not get their stuff together and were constantly rude or just not paying attention. I primarily talked to Jasmine and while she was pleasant at first, could not follow conversation and asked me about 5 different times the first time we talked what hours I was available for. This got me worried so I talked to someone else another day and they said they would call me if anything showed up. That was fine with me. I got a call a few weeks later and they asked me to come in. I called to confirm a good interview time but was never able to get a hold of my interviewer. I instead kept getting Moira or Jasmine. Moira was extremely rude every time. She even hung up on me once. Jasmine was just dumb or flippant. She kept saying that she would let them know that I called. When I called back a couple of days because of no return call, they had received no messages from me and the position had been filled already.

In the Beginning they appeared to be helpful. Communication was alright. I went in for an…read moreinterview, got everything set up and got 2 jobs to pick from. As soon as I left, I had to constantly try to contact them for any news or updates. I never got any texts, emails or phone calls at all from anyone. I feel they selectively choose who they want to help and claim they have a high success rate. Stay away from this company. They wont do anything for you except put on a smile and give you a ton of lip service

The computer I used had the most greasy, nasty germ filled sludge on it. It was like someone had rubbed a whole bucket of fried chicken on the keys. I was getting woozy and thought I'd vomit just trying to type. You have to offer something besides Mavis Beacon. Please have someone wipe down the computer keys and areas REGULARLY. All I wanted to do was write a new resume, not get sucked into a vortex of endless nothingness. What a waste of time. Computers are super slow too. Meh. Find an app. Idk why I didn't think of that before.
