If you love Hearth & Hand at Target, you'll appreciate the style here, but many of the items are unique to Magnolia. Prices are generally higher than Target, but you're paying for exclusive products. Despite how busy it gets, the staff does a great job helping everyone. They also offer shipping, which is a huge plus if your purchases won't fit in your suitcase. Parking is available nearby on the street. If possible, visit on a weekday since weekends can get very crowded.

While I have heard horror stories of how packed this place can get, but the day I spent here during the morning & lunch, it wasn't really that packed. While the weather was on the warmer side, still a good day to get out, so it surprisingly wasn't busy. They have several different stores to shop, from kitchen, to home decor, to men's items, or souvenirs. They have a good variety. I do think the larger stores have a great selection to shop from. The smaller stores at the back are rather small and I believe are lacking a variety to choose from. They just don't carry a good amount of items. Some of those specific stores you can quickly be in and out because you've looked at everything. I think the food options are great and are tasty. It's hard to go wrong with food trucks. Some food trucks have a little bit of a line and some don't have any lines. They do have a specific drink truck that only sells tea and that line can get very long, but it does go quick because it's only drinks. Honorable mention, the baking shop is phenomenal! They have a great pavilion with a turf play area. With kick balls and cornhole to play. They also have a turf baseball field for kids to play baseball at. Overall, the place is well maintained and very clean. If there is a mess somewhere, they are pretty quick to get on top of it to clean. The staff does a great job and I would recommend this place for anybody driving through or stopping.

I have tried to speak to him (last year), he wanted pictures of what they were not doing and things broken. I take it he wants me to do his job to let the new crews that come out every time know our needs. They no longer answer the phone, it rings until cut off. So far his people have broken two solar panels for recharging our motorcycles, 4 yard lights (found them in pieces), continuously knocks down the torches and spills out all the fluid in the yard. They have mowed over things we have out. They blow leaves directly into the bikes, we have to pull them out of engine to ride. I keep the porch clean & have to re-clean every time they come since they blow the leaves from the yard onto the porch. We also have to rake up the leaves they blow everywhere. I feel scammed and like a fool for using this so-called company with a storage space for their company address Dallas. The pics are after the last visit 11-20-24. Clearly shows area not even touched all season. Process of cleaning porch and sticks and leaves still in the yard. All he had to do was answer the phone and take care of business. How is he not embarrassed for his quality and treatment of people?
