**** CASH ONLY****…read more Haven't been his patient for too long. So I'll just get a review of what I think so far. The doctor is a pretty decent doctor who listens to your symptoms and sit with you while you talk and he charts. ****Big Negatives**** If you want the doctor to sign paper work for time off work or disability, don't count on it!! You'll have to PAY COPAY to visit him and just to SIGN PAPERS!! Had to do that a couple times because he wouldn't sign and his office workers told me they'll do it but didn't. They even said to come and PAY TO GET THE DOCTOR TO DO HIS JOB. ********** Lots of Chinese patients. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes even when you have an appointment. I wouldn't go when it's in the mornings. All the elderly patients go from 9am-12pm. Be prepared to wait 1+ hour on a Monday 1 or Saturday!! Hours are a bit odd. There's a 2 hour that the whole office takes lunch so you won't be able to reach anyone or call in for anything until they reopen at 2pm. Also, some days office only open until 12pm!! Office staff are young females. Some knows mandarin some don't. The office size is small with only 14 seats waiting seats. Old looking and feeling seats. Office feels like it's really old and very cramped!

I like Doctor Hsiao but the wait time is horrendous even with appointment. Many of my visits, I had…read moreto wait for over 1 hour past my scheduled appointment time before seeing the doctor. I understand the one offs but it occurs on half of my visits.

Do not recommend. In…read moremy family's experience, medications were prescribed and continued far longer than they ever should have been, with little transparency about risks or long-term consequences. Only after consulting other doctors did we realize how inappropriate the situation was. Watching a loved one deal with the aftermath has been extremely difficult and could have been avoided with proper care and oversight. Patients trust doctors to act responsibly and communicate honestly. That did not happen here. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for care.

Adequate medical care was received until my 90 y.o. father became bed ridden. Dr. Wu was on vacation, so I asked the office manager for information regarding IHSS and retirement homes. The manager and staff are completely ignorant, uninformed, and rude. They took the IHSS application that I brought and promised to forward it to the doctor. 2 weeks later after the dr. returned, there was no update on the IHSS form (only takes a few minutes to fill out my father's medical status). I called Dr. Wu's emergency phone number several times and he did not call back until I messaged possible medical board disciplinary action. He chuckled and said he'll sign the death certificate. My father passed away the next day. He was already under hospice care that I initiated so we didn't have to deal with Dr. Wu anymore. My mother was switched to another medical office immediately. THERE ARE MANY BETTER MEDICAL OFFICES IN THIS AREA. Don't choose Dr. Wu's office if you value your family's health and lives.

For 6 months my husband was contracted with Crystal. They were really great UNTIL! a company…read moreLorain bought them. They assured that we could keep the physical therapist we had, but all of a sudden things came to an abrupt halt. No phone calls, nothing. They misled me until his current case needed a new review so they could get all the money they could because they knew that if we didn't get to keep our therapist we were leaving them. I contacted the therapist directly and was told they no longer have a contract with them because they use their own. So I called Crystal/Lorian and asked about the experience that their physical therapists had and the answer was " oh we will send someone "! My husbands case is complex and needs an experienced therapist, not just "someone". It's just a paycheck to them not to help a suffering individual. Then I got a text from them telling me that my insurance cancelled my husband. Another lie! He was never discharged physically from them, just on their say so. We were going to drop them because I can't trust them and don't want to listen to their B.S. So now we have to start all over and see if we can find our former therapist. Think twice before you consider this company. They are using Crystal Home's past to get clients and believe me they aren't anything like Crystal Home be for the buy out.

I had never had home health with IV therapy daily,PT therapy, and wound vac requiring home health nurses twice a week. Being a RN myself for 50÷ years and working ICU,ED,and many other areas i am a bit critical. OK control freak. Wounds are not my area of expertise . These nurses are incredible and believe me I am very honest . I had previous company but the nurses were quite young. The discharge planner recommended this company because of the nature and the extent of my care needed. An excellent referral. The nurses always professional, on time and yes even wth my extensive clinical experience I had to contact them on a couple of occasions to ask a question they'd I'd not care if they were on call they returned my call or would come over if my concern seemed warranted. I was never meant to feel as if I was bothering them. The lab company they use was fantastic. Edwin always would be here on a Monday. Great draw, plesant, never minded my nosey dog. The PT AMIR is fabulous. The 1st PT that actually did some good at home. Explained the why we were doing the specific exercises which I appreciated. Incredible gifts for me.
