Yelp guided me to several options to consider for service, and upon reading many reviews, I decided to contact Safe Dryers. I contacted them rather late on a Friday afternoon, but they promptly texted me back, and got me on their calendar. Saul and his colleague arrived at the scheduled time, and got to work. They vacuumed out a pile of lint, and exclaimed at the amount in such a short dryer vent :). They measured the airflow, and explained to me what the ideal airflow is, what mine was at the start, and what it is now. They answered every question that I had about the state of the system and how I should maintain it going forward. They were efficient and cordial. What else can I expect? I'd like to point out that Safe Dryers wasn't the first company I called. The company, which was referred by my appliance repair folks, wanted to come to "inspect" my system for a low fee, and then "assess" what needed to be done and provide an estimate on site. When I asked how much it would cost to clean the vent, which I knew needed to be done, this other company would not answer that question. They insisted on a $69 visit to provide that assessment and cost. Safe Dryers had a simple answer--$169 for a ground level vent, $259 for something 10' off the ground or more. I'm sure if Saul and his team found something amiss while they were here, they would have told me about it, but all I needed was that vent cleaning, and that is what I got. A bargain at $169. Saul had come out to clean the vent back in July so I called him to ask what might have happened and if he'd noticed anything at the time. He came out the next day to evaluate and remedy the situation. He was very thorough, replaced the tubing and cleaned the lent mess, all free of charge! He apologized for the oversight (it was difficult to see that the metal attaching to the tubing had been warped and was therefore not fitting correctly). He not only took accountability but was very timely and respectful in his approach. This kind of high-quality customer service is very rare these days and it was much appreciated! We'll definitely be using Safe Dryers in the future and will recommend him to others who are in need of these services.

Buerger Brothers Construction built an addition to our home, which included a 700+ square foot garage, using concrete poured on Piers and a floor poured as a "Slab on void" due to bad soils report. They also built a new deck, and managed front yard landscaping. They are an honest, ethical, professional, and an excellent company to do business with. We started planning in May of 2019, with construction from June through October of 2020, we found ways to work during the early days of the Covid pandemic. Communicating with Christian was a breeze, he was easy to talk to, responsive, professional and truly cares about what you are conveying. Because I am a retired engineer I had to stick my nose into everything... From the beginning he brought in professionals from the Architect, Structural Engineers to the finishing Carpenter and Painter, each step was amazing and all within budget. The cadre of subcontractors hired by Burger Brothers had to meet a high standard of professionalism and produce a high quality product, they were all wonderful to work with. Of note, was the daily cleanup, the care taken and the security to the existing area, especially working in the midst of a pandemic! Inconvenience was kept to a minimum and in the end we can actually say the complete project went quite smoothly and was a great experience. Would I hire them to do it again? Absolutely "In a heartbeat, no doubt about it!" I just cannot brag enough about this company and I promise you will not regret your decision to hire Christian and his crew! He noted that my water shutoff likely needed to be replaced. Once he explained why, I had him replace the valve. Throughout the process, Eldar did a great job of answering my questions. I never felt like there was any attempt to upsell or get me to buy extra services/products. Eldar was very polite, friendly and was a great representative of Speed Plumbing. Customer service is the most important thing I look for when hiring any company. It helps when their pricing is the best.
