Friday comes and I get no call back, I call them to follow up and a lady answers and we speak of a day it is going to be done saying she will speak to her boss and follow up. ZERO follow up. Tuesday of the next week comes and I call. I'm informed "their ovens broke and don't know when they will be up again". WHY am I having to do all the communication? WHY is this information not being relayed to me when it's already delayed past the day I was told it would be done. Professionalism was missing, communication was missing. ALSO when I dropped off my frame it was left right in front of the gate where it could easily been stolen, it just rained heavily the past few days and when I went to pick it up it was covered in rust. Not wasting my time here again, will take it somewhere where professionalism and good work ethic is more of a priority.

We had two small projects, one with a lot of small parts. The other was a porch railing with two…read moremetal pieces and two mounting brackets. In the end, we got what we wanted at a great price. Completion of each project got delayed week to week with promises to be done next week. This shop will sand blast the metal parts in preparation for powder coating. Turned out the porch railing paint was very challenging to remove. We expect if you have a big lucrative project, you will get prompt delivery. Smaller projects get fitted in when they can.

I arrived at 9:55 (they're supposed to be open from 9:00), and at 10:10 nobody had arrived. I left. The location is far from where I live, I'm not wasting anymore of my time with this company. So many Fresno small businesses like this are ran like a hobby and not a real business. Stop wasting people's time. I ended up going to Secure It New on Blackstone and Bullard. The price was reasonable, people there are nice and they stick to their posted hours of operation. They fixed all 4 rims in about 4 hours. Excellent work.
