"we're closing soon" then turned his back on me. I muttered "the sign says all night fishing on Fri-Sat, so what time does the pier close?" I went back and even spoke with the manager, and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. That kind of response shows a lack of care for customers. I can not say enough about his professionalism and kindness. We were determined to grab some blue crab while here as it's always been a tradition when I was growing up.
