It's a quiet, clean park with only 16 lots. It's gated and has security cameras and laundry facilities. The lots are huge compared to all the others I've seen. You are spaced perfectly from your neighbor (not 5 steps away), in a fenced yard, with a storage shed and picnic table. They offer all bills paid, which includes; water, sewer, cable, wifi, yard maintenance, and ELECTRIC! Has hook-ups for 30 and 50 amp. I love it here! Hence, the 2 yr tenant

Great RV Park Near Two Railroad Museums!…read more My husband and I love old trains and old train museums. We've been plotting our way around Texas in our RV in a quest to visit all of the railroad museums in the state. Bay RV Park was a gem with spacious sites, clean facilities and nice people. The site is about 15 minutes away from the Dickinson Railway Museum and 30 minutes from the Galveston Railroad Museum which was just perfect for us! Both museums were delightful and we even managed to take in some of the historic house tours on Galveston Island. There was supposed to be like 30 of us moving in, but after 2 months my boss pulled us to another park because of Sherry. I told my boss that Sherry seems to let anyone in and doesn't care about their drug use. Drug deals everywhere in there. Cops going in and out all the time. I even saw Sherry several times, wandering around the park drunk late at night. The worst part, for business is the very horrible internet. There is free half wifi and it never works. Sherry told us to use our own hotspot. For those of us that don't have unlimited data.... screw that! I couldn't zoom call my boss. So between Sherry and the internet, my boss had us move to another site with the 20+ guys in our crew.

Goes downhill from there didn't tell us they collect on the first so they come to collect the pro rated rent on the first till next month( only been there 2 weeks so far) management only takes cash fallows you to the store to pull out of the atm like you are a common criminal then when you tell them about it after you pay them they give you an eviction notice because you can't disagree with them. Want you to pay in advance but wouldn't refund if you leave early. Beware a think there is some money laundering or tax fraud going on here had to do a lot of research to find the owner and they are no help. Pretty place to bad the wrong people own it.

And if your $50 short on rent for 3 days they'll come turn off your power and water, which is against Federal law!!
