Beware, do not park in any eagle parking lot. Take public transportation - Marta. Take Uber take Lyft to go downtown Atlanta. Do not park your car in an eagle lot. Our car was booted within the amount of time we paid for that was advertised on the sign as we drove into the parking lot. We have had to walk to an ATM and pull out cash. Don't bother contracting parking here. There regularly arent any spaces available. If you spend too long waiting for a space in the lot that you pay a monthly fee for, you will receive a "warm greeting" from a security guard who is quick to use his firearm as a bargaining chip. The dude is seriously wearing a flak jacket as a parking lot attendant. Not in Afghanistan I might add. Anywho, I'm not about to be the next person shot over a parking space in Atlanta, so I rolled out. TERRIBLE VALET SERVICE!! I valeted my car at Maggiano's in Buckhead. I dropped my car off with them in perfect condition. They returned it with it WRECKED!! They are refusing to take any responsibility at all. While I was there my mother, friend, and I witnessed another valet driver wreck a persons $60k + truck!!!! The valet drive said he would handle it... NEVER DID! We tried to flag the owner of the vehicle down but he/she didn't see us! I had to wait several days until I got a return call from Eagle Parking. I finally did.. I talked to someone named Patrick! He was beyond rude and unapologetic. I asked Patrick (who is the manager) am I basically shit out of luck? His answer was YES! On May 27th my wife and I dined at Del Frisco. Upon arriving I informed the Valet not to lock my door because the lock mechanism wasn't functioning correctly. After dinner a different valet driver went to get my car and to my surprise he returns informing us that he wasn't able to unlock my car door. Well to make a long story short I had to pay for a locksmith to unlock my car and this company refuses to reimburse me for their negligence. The management is terrible I would highly recommend not using this company to valet your vehicle. I will share my experience and the other reviews from Google with my other social media accounts both personal and business. I will also be filing a formal complaint to BBB. Boca Raton Eagle Parking Caused $5,000 in damage to my new car on Christmas Eve 2016. Never use Eagle Parking. Christmas Eve 2016 a valet was to bring my new car to me. Instead he raced by with my car smoking with a god awful smell. He then turned down a side street. He ran to the head Valet who drove the car near the valet station but not to the pickup area. I can only imagine it was the smell. The Valet left the car in first gear with the parking Brake on. It took nearly four weeks to get Eagle to pay for the damage, though the car was ready in three days. They even failed to send promised gift cards to Ruth Chris where we had an excellent Christmas Eve dinner. Eagle had the audacity to ask why my new car warranty was not covering the damage. Are you kidding me? My advice is PARK YOUR OWN CAR AND WALK. No one deserves what happened to me on Christmas Eve. read more

I went to eat at kyma over the summer. After months of research I was able to figure out it was eagle parking that was working for them -- it took a while because I never returned to the restaurant and never will because of the horrible and disrespectful service the guys that work there give. I was able to track down that it was eagle actually through another complaint about them by another yelper. These guys are horrible. They clearly think they are better than certain people that they are supposed to provide service for. I pulled up to the restaurant, and some college aged kid swings open my door (new car btw), doesn't say anything to me.
