I called yet again just this last Tuesday, and was told that they had sent me the title Monday the 18th. When I expressed the frustration I was having with this wild goose chase (and not legally owning a car for which I paid over a week earlier), the salesman on the phone told me "I don't care" multiple times, said it wasn't his problem, and recommended I have my lawyer call him because if it's not illegal, apparently bad customer service is perfectly okay with Neader Motors. I understand that it can take time to transfer a title, but for a salesperson to repeatedly lie to a customer and then act like a child over the phone is absurdly unprofessional.
