    Bion's Full Service Auto Care

After calling multiple shops, Bion's was the only place that could fit me in on such short notice. Not only was the staff very helpful and friendly, but they also fixed the problems with my car very quickly. Cost ended up being far less than I expected. Fair prices and a reputable, honest company that won't take advantage of you by draining your wallet. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, my car took this moment to have a transmission failure. My friend towed my car to Bion's because they were a Mom and Pop kinda shop and she trusted them more. The diagnoses was that my transmission had leaked dry possibly due to a gasket or cap leak. Inspection, replacement, and flush were all quoted at $900 by Randy. I had always been told that transmission flushes are slightly dangerous for transmissions because they may jar sediment or impurities lose, only to get that sediment stuck somewhere else in the mechanism resulting in damage. Randy assured me that this would not be an issue and that I "would be taken care of." The next morning, the repairs were inexplicably jacked up to $1,300. The transmission was sticking in 4th and my new mechanic, Mike, didn't know why. He examined my transmission fluid and noted there was a lot of "metal fragments" in it and he didn't know why. Mike also said that if I wanted him to find the problem it would be at least 6 hours of labor for him to inspect my transmission. I want to take the time here to explain I could have ordered a used transmission for less than $1,300. The next day Mike said my car was running fine, and that I should probably replace the transmission. I requested an invoice of the service, and Mike said that he nor Randy new how to scan anything to email me. Here are my concerns: Shouldn't your mechanic accurately diagnose a problem before pouring your money into costly repairs? Shouldn't that mechanic also accurately quote his price? If the inaccuracy of service and failure to meet expectations results in a 45% cost increase, would you prefer the service representative offered to rectify the situation or at least talk to you again? Shouldn't these master mechanics, these tamers of technology, these wielders of wrenches, these kings of combustion... know how to scan a piece of paper into a PDF? TLDR; Cost me $1,300 to get my car to my regular mechanic for further repairs. Expectations not met. I was extremely dissatisfied with my service and do not suggest anyone go here.

I needed a tow the other evening when my car would not start and would not jump. Due to name…read morerecognition, I called Don's Towing. Since it was midnight and I recently got screwed over by a different mechanic, I just asked Don's to take a look at it the next day. I made a bad assumption that with name recognition came quality and competence. Well, after three days and three hours at $90 an hour, Don's informed me they had no idea what was causing the problem and that I needed to have it towed somewhere else. So, two tows totaling close to $200 and $270 for "diagnostics" I paid Don's $465. I had Don's tow the car to the Tesla Auto Services on South Avenue. The very next day I got a phone call from the new mechanic telling me my battery was dead. That's it. A dead battery. $465 to Don's Towing and they didn't even have knowledge enough to determine I needed a new battery. Never would I ever take a vehicle to be fixed at Don's Towing again. Update: After a good discussion with the management of Don's Towing they made things right. I was refunded the majority of my bill which I felt was more than fair. The management was professional and courteous. I should have contacted them directly as opposed to writing a less than stellar review. This kind of professionalism when confronted with an unhappy customer is almost unheard of these days. Hats off to the handling and resolution of my complaint. Thank you, s Don's Towing.

I recall her Dad being much nicer and easy to work with. These ppl could not get alternator fixed on my car about 4-5 yrs ago. it may have had something to do w/car bt radio I had installed in May2021. I may never know now they stole my car cuz local pd called them to tow it. After calling DMV 3-4x now, I find out Dons towing reported as salvage as of 10/18/2024, yet it's still titled to me, what?! I know and all the hardship added to my life because of this, is insane! They never work arrangement w/me after I went into business Idk 5-6x once I realized it was towed. I only hope and pray I see justice soon.
