My partner and I have rented equipment 3-5 times and I know to pick up after 3:pm. I reserved…read moreequipment this morning and spoke with Jason and I understood it's alright to pick it up but when I got there approx 1:00pm the woman wouldn't shut up about not suppose to get equipment until after 3:pm. I told her I was aware of that but Jason knew I was coming early but she still wouldn't shut up. She did offer to let me get the equipment but by this time I was done. Double P may have lost a day's rental but my loss can't be measured for I needed to complete my water line and electrical line ditch but now have to make other arrangements. Needlessly to say I will not be doing business with them again.

Well they went and picked up the unit on Sunday. I called them to speak to them. They said that they couldn't help me since I exceeded my day rental. I told them that any other place will let you keep it till Monday as long as you keep it under 8 hours. I lost the job and the money for that rental. Never again will I rent from this place. Terrible customer service. Watch out for them.
