We just finished a transaction with this firm. Our Agent John Paul Padgett is a rock star. We had a difficult situation with a no paying buyer on an old contract for deed. He helped us secure legal help from Matthew Morris a local attorney these two shepherded our property out of a deal gone wrong. John Paul then helped secure a buyer with cash and we cant be happier. Closing was a snap and we are no longer a bank to a bum. We live several hundred miles away and we made two visits to get this done. The rest was via email and overnight mail.
