We were later invoiced for an additional $100, and the markup on the materials felt very high. When we called to ask for clarification, the response was not very helpful, and they stood by the charges without offering much explanation. Scheduling was also challenging. The scheduling coordinator frequently called multiple times and the conversations were often longer than necessary, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

Upgrades were made to the irrigation system. They also subcontracted with a concrete curbing firm that provided edge enhancements for the planted areas. Thad helped us pick out slate to accent different areas of the yard. In the backyard, they upgraded the irrigation system, planted shrubbery and had curbing installed. The landscaping received rave reviews by the neighbors. Misty, from Sterling, has led a team out every Spring to clean up, prune and prepare the yard for Spring and Summer. Flash forward to January we get a call saying they werent paid for the sprinkler blow out, I check all my accounts and they were not paid, but a male employee took my credit card info over the phone in october, and I never heard from them again. Obviously the charge was never sent through. I never received a bill in the mail (although she says shes sending one now, January 2023). But has proceded to treat me with RUDE and unprofessional behavior, for reasons unknown to me. My mail box was full and she went KAREN on me about it. I am not sure who is in charge of your billing system, but please send bills out immediately if they are not paid instead of harassing and berating your customers. Honest mistakes happen, if a bill wasn't paid, that is YOUR responsibility to follow up with it with written documentation, not phone calls demanding payment without context. Please look into this individual, if you are the owner then SHAME ON YOU. I would NEVER recommend this OVERPRICED shotty service. They then proceeded to do work on only a quarter of the property, left early and left before the work could be verified. They then threatened a lien on my property and to return the debris if I did not pay the full bill over the weekend. When asked to finish the job, they ghosted for two weeks. When they did reply to schedule a return visit, they did not bother to check if the date or time would work for me. After renegotiating a reduced price for the work that was completed, they then sent an invoice for more than the agreed upon price. They fabricate sob stories to try and guilt trip you, they're unprofessional, and rude.
