This is the landscape company that is contracted to manage common area install and maintenance. Our common area looks terrible - weeds, crabgrass, dead trees and bushes, broken walking paths, exploded sprinklers, exposed broken pipes. This is a development with $1M + homes with common areas that look like slums, not to mention serious safety hazards. Our HOA has told us that the landscape company simply does not address issues raised and acknowledged the terrible level of service we are receiving.
