The driver twisted and changed the truth to suit his own story so he didn't get in any trouble from his management for being careless, saying that the person who answered the door said the order had already been paid for via credit card in store and then got it delivered? The misunderstanding was cleared up a couple of days later, however we are still furious with the excessive and completely unprofessional way they handled a simple error, MADE BY ONE OF THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS, not the customer. Late last year we had a group of friends over for a catch-up and were looking for something to feed them and the kids and decided to grab a couple of 'Family' size pizza deals, we ended up feeding 6 adults n 5 kids for under $100 including soft drinks! Now whenever the group catches up, I have a feeling it is just about as much for the pizza as it is for the gossip.
