I had an appointment from 8am - noon, but they waited until that morning to let me know that my 10 yr old Honda has to be brought in because they lack the ability to do it outside the shop. If they haven't figured out how to work on modern vehicles much less a 10 year old vehicle, just find a place with professional capabilities to actually work on average vehicles onsite or just take it to the nearest random glass shop. You'll be in same situation but closer to home since there are only two metro locations. The whole point of even considering this company is that they come to you. Maybe if you drive a go cart as I'm sure a golf cart would be too complicated for them to work on in your driveway.

DO NOT bring your car here for window tint…read more I have already had to bring my car back TWICE, and now I'm about to make a THIRD return visit because they still cannot get the job right. I paid very, VERY good money to have my brand-new car tinted with the highest-quality tint they offer. Instead, I ended up with such horrible glare and streaking underneath the tint at night that I genuinely do not feel safe driving my new car. Visibility at night is terrible. And instead of taking responsibility for the installation, they have tried blaming everything else. I was told it could be hard water from sprinklers or rain. Are you kidding me? Apparently rain is enough to ruin professionally installed, premium window tint now? I tried to be patient. I tried to be understanding. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. When they attempted to "fix" the problem, they replaced the tint on only one side of my car. Not only does the replacement STILL have streaks underneath the tint, but now there is also a massive scratch in the tint that is clearly visible from the outside of the car. So after paying premium money for their highest-quality tint, I've been left with a brand-new car that has poor nighttime visibility, streaks underneath the tint, AND a huge visible scratch -- after multiple attempts to get the job corrected. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in the quality of their work, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to have their vehicle tinted. And if you think paying top dollar for a terrible installation means they'll simply refund you when they can't get it right? Good luck with that. Three trips to a tint shop for a brand-new car should NEVER be necessary. I paid for a professional job.
