Not only did he replace the glass, but he also took the time to rework and correct the entire F-150 sunroof mechanical nightmare that Ford put on all of us. On top of the outstanding quality of his work, his labor pricing was more than reasonable, especially considering the time, skill, and care he put into the job. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were exceptional, and I'm extremely grateful for his professionalism and dedication--an excellent job all around.

They took the time to discuss the invoice, the parts used, the warranty and pricing. I hope I don't need their services again but if I do there's no doubt in my mind that I'll choose them again over their competitors.

I set an onsite (my residence) appointment for windshield replacement. The whole time I have been…read morereceiving appointment confirmations mentioning how the technician will be recalibrating the windshield sensors at my home. I had an appointment from 8am - noon, but they waited until that morning to let me know that my 10 yr old Honda has to be brought in because they lack the ability to do it outside the shop. If they haven't figured out how to work on modern vehicles much less a 10 year old vehicle, just find a place with professional capabilities to actually work on average vehicles onsite or just take it to the nearest random glass shop. You'll be in same situation but closer to home since there are only two metro locations. The whole point of even considering this company is that they come to you. Maybe if you drive a go cart as I'm sure a golf cart would be too complicated for them to work on in your driveway.

I had a crack in my windshield for a few years. It started out small enough that if I cared I…read morecould've gotten it fixed easily, but the crack started spreading until it pretty much spanned the entirety of the windshield. Because it was so large, I ended up having to replace the entire windshield. I called Primo's Auto Glass (PAG) and got a quote for my car. The price they quoted was about $100 cheaper than what Safelite quoted, so I was pretty happy with that. Then I called another local windshield repair place to compare prices. When the lady with other company gave me their quote, she asked if I had gotten any other quotes. I mentioned PAG and the lady said, "I can't beat their prices. I don't know how they do it." Once I heard that, I decided to set up a time to get my windshield replaced. What's great about PAG is that they'll drive out and do the replacement for you as long as you're in the OKC area. It took them about 20 minutes to replace my windshield and it's been great since. About a month after the replacement, I don't hear or feel any air leaking through while driving. If you need to get your windshield replaced, PAG is a fantastic choice. It's definitely the most economical.
