The old rafters and charm put your mind at ease while you practice an intimate session of yoga. One of them literally walked us down the hall and pointed us in the right direction. We felt so comfortable, welcome and had a great workout! Looking forward to returning for another cycle/HIIT class! The class was one that novices and experts could thrive in! The instructor was inclusive and also pushed us in the best way! There were options to modify, make things easier/harder, etc. Great instructor! The locker rooms were clean, although the key system, my friend is used to the code so didn't have a card to use to get the lock to work. The desk outside the locker room has spares and helped right away. The showers were clean, locker area clean, overall great! Parking was....a pain. But I can imagine on a Monday at 5ish, that's the case. Found a spot within 5 minutes and had to walk a few minutes but whatever. If you're looking for a gym with freedoms to use equipment, shoot some hoops, or take a class - check out lifetime!

I informed the employee Danielle upon signing up that I wouldn't be able to have the membership longer than a year and she assured me it was ok and I was able to cancel, I just needed to notify them. They admit to several complaints that the same employee had yet unable to rectify the situation.
