He's not a surgeon. He's an arrogant man who somehow slipped through his residency, and now calls…read morehimself a "premier cosmetic surgeon". I was sent there for a skin cancer, and now I'm permanently scarred, and have been told that I will require surgery to repair his mess. His work was so horrible that the residents working with the surgeon who saw me had them all come into the exam room to see what harm a bad surgeon can do. I've been told that I should sue but I'm not someone who believes in that... not right now anyway. I guess I'll have to see what I'm going to have to go through to repair the damage...then I'll decide. Just take my advice; stay the heck away from this office.

He definitely takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions you have. When I first started going to him in elementary school, the wait time was INSANE (unless you had an early AM appointment)!!! The average was up to an hour or more -- I guess appointments were scheduled for every 10 minutes and he never spent just 10 minutes with someone. Sometimes I felt like he was a bit too cautious, though. One time I broke my ankle (I was about 13). I knew something was wrong, I had broken bones before. It was swollen, I couldn't put weight on it, my mom called him and over the phone he told her, "Just wait it out. You know how kids can be." My mom decided to bring me to the ER and sure enough, it was broken. The 2nd experience was a little more damaging. I was 16, extremely ill with vomiting, high fever of 104, coughing, and disgustingly enough, incontinence (definitely not normal for an overall healthy teen!). Had the receptionist not listened to my mom and forced an appointment, the doctor never would have seen me. When he did, he tested me for diabetes because I was drinking a lot of water in the office (obviously I didn't have it) and said I probably had a stomach virus -- and the reason my chest hurt was because of all the vomiting. He sent me home and told me to come back in a couple days if it didn't get better. Long story short, the next day I was in the ER after my lung collapsed, I was diagnosed with pneumonia, hospitalized for a month, and needed 2 surgeries to drain fluid after my lung smothered my heart and caused me to enter heart failure (all my limbs were swollen, hard, and blue/purple). He was greatly apologetic afterward, which was nice, but I had a difficult time trusting him after he almost killed me as a teen.

It should have been covered completely. I got a bill in spring of 2022 for it! $120! It's their fault they didn't submit to my insurance and now that I've changed insurances it won't be covered since it's from 2 years ago! They've been hounding me to pay it and threatening to send me to collections for a bill that should of been paid by insurance 2 years if the billing dept was doing their job correctly! I've been with them for years and am appalled at their condescending attitude when I call to office. They even sent me a letter removing me from their practice because of this billing dispute!! Do not bother coming to this doctors office! You'll repay the same bill over and over. They'll steal your copay if you pay in cash and then bill you again. And they'll forget to submit bills to your insurance.

I then went to the receptionist and asked her when will any of the patients be called to see the eye doctor. She said she couldn't do anything about it and said Dr Williams was the only doctor on duty. She said there was a 12:00 staff meeting. I had another appointment and couldn't wait any longer. My friend's appointment had to be rescheduled for Oct. 26. This is very disappointing. This is not any way to take care of the patients.
