Their tax preparation service was the worst I've experienced. Eurnicka Nixon made several errors on the return, most importantly her own data input. She quickly and casually processed my return without double-checking her work. She carelessly reported more income than I had, which meant that every computation throughout the rest of the 1040 was based on the wrong figures. Plus, more income means more taxes I owe, of course. Making a mistake is one thing (and can happen), but she did Not conscientiously and thoroughly investigate that vital mistake to correct it. After repeatedly asking to speak to her supervisor or owner of the business, I can only presume that she has, so far, blocked that contact. This situation has caused a lot of unnecessary problems and costs for me and is still not resolved. If you use their service, it may be wise to doublecheck their figures. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT let Eurnicka Artis do your taxes unless you are ok with having falsified numbers filed on your return and being audited. My husband had her do our taxes. $18,352 in charitable donations for which I cannot account for because it is false. She claimed $3k for child care expenses and listed the name, address, and EIN of a place I have never even been to - my kids are 12 and 15 and do not even go to daycare. She claimed $5,500 in charitable contributions for "clothes etc" to DAV in Smithfield, another establishment I've never been to. I do not have receipts to back this up, should I get audited. I did, however donate to actual charities for a much smaller amount ($700) for which I CAN provide receipts and EINs for - and she did not even put these on my return!! The numbers do not add up for things. And she charged over $400 to do our taxes and screw us. I will be reporting her to the IRS because I am not getting in trouble or going to jail for someone else.
