At the time he told me he could help me and communicate to IRS on my behave about my situation so I paid him $750.00 as per his word. Well, he did not help me one bit as promised, he never talked to them, as I had to go somewhere else and pay them too to help me. He refused to give me my money back or any portion of it as I only had a very brief phone call with him maybe 3 minutes to be exact. Not worth $750.00 for 3 minutes of anyone's time. He wouldn't even give me an itemized statement of my money and where and what is what used for I gave him. He gave me no records of my file and what was done. Ya'll need to run somewhere else right now. I feel he took big time advantage of me I'm a retiree senior citizen living on a senior budget and he knew it too. Very surprising to me he could treat me or anyone like this. My opinion he doesn't deserve your business and it's all about the money, well, he'll never get mine or my family & friends and hopefully your's ever again. I'm thankful I have this platform to report the theft I encountered in my situation with Jim F. He never wanted to talk to me about this except to tell me he wasn't giving my money back. Wow so upsetting and disturbing that my retirement monthly pension had to go to him. Shame on you Jim F. You all Please go elsewhere, if he can do this to a Senior citizen with no remorse he can do it to you. Tax season will be here soon. I'd sure go somewhere else. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I try to point out the fraud I got to everyone to help them. Think about it do you really want to support someone like this? It's a big fat NO!!! To me.

I didn't mind back when I could fill out a 1040 EZ but as soon as I started my own business, sitting with Mr. TurboTax became a really big hassle. Last year, while perusing FaceBook, I happened to see a post from the owner of the doggie day care joint I take Dante to and she was raving about this accountant who did her taxes. Knowing that I would need to find one eventually, I quickly got Ben's number from her. Ben is great. He got me more money back this year and saved me headaches and money related arguments married people tend to have this time of year. His pricing was pretty awesome, too. I would highly recommend calling him up if you need any financial services/advice/taxes.

Ms. Robin of Legal Smiles was able to meet me at a more convenient location, saving me from the long drive I'd have needed to make to get to her office. She was easy to work with and accommodated without hassle. It should be noted that she was multiple spaces down the online list from Google and Apple Maps; she wasn't the first person I called. In my opinion she should be at the top of those lists. It's easy to dismiss her excellent customer service as just normal business but Ms. Robin helped me navigate my paperwork, taking all guesswork out of the process. Her fees were stated up-front and were extremely fair. She even offered her printing services if I'd needed them. This was going above and beyond and I think that deserves recognition in a customer service world where courtesy and professionalism are a fast-fading art. You want: Fast, easy access to a public notary and the transaction to end quickly. She delivers that. This is the easiest recommendation I've ever written.
