Got the person's license plate and took it into Costco's main desk. We just got it taken over to D's Paint & Body about a week and a half ago. Everybody thought it was just cosmetic stuff that needed done needed a new tail light just stuff that was easy to fix. After they got into it and started looking it needed a whole new liftgate. They contacted Progressive they came out looked at it said put a new liftgate on. We got it back today. It looks amazing. The color is perfect which our car is Cypress green and you can't tell that it is a different part on our vehicle. They kept us posted and updated on everything they were doing and were very good when it came to picking it up. From September 10th to…read moreOctober 19th is how long they had it because we went and got it after leaving it two times because we are sick of the lying done by the woman we dealt with. FYI, my ex has been in the industry since 1988 and I also work at a body shop which I let her know. If I could give a negative star review here I would give this shop one. They provided horrible service on every level. Out car is still not fixed right after being in there for a month and a half. They billed our insurance company for work that wasn't done. Had us pick up our car with a part in the trunk they hadn't even put on. Orange peel paint job. Buffing burns in the paint when I pointed out the orange peel. A gap between the hood and the grill. AC was blowing heat because whoever they sent it to do that work didn't add the oil. Then he couldn't figure out what was wrong. The ONLY good work done by them was when they sent it to the Toyota dealership to fix the AC. They clearly didn't inspect the car after it was "completed" because there is no way a manager or owner could let our car leave the lot looking the way it does. NO offer of returning our deductible, no compensation or courtesy for food or a place to stay. No communication on the part of D's. We had t always reach out to them. They charged insurance for wheel well liner but put our covered in deer guts one back in and a broken one in on other side but claimed to have put new ones in. On top of a brand new car getting A/M parts instead of OEM. They cared more about getting in and taking care of all of the hail damage jobs they got while our car sat on the back burner. I hope we make it back to SC without the engine cradle dropping out of it.

I initially met Mike and he did a thorough exam of my car along with photos. He worked up the estimate (6,200$) and said it would take about 21 days. I couldn't get it in for a couple weeks. I dropped it off the morning of my appt. He called every few days to keep me updated on the progress. I also received texts with updates when it went from body to paint and estimated completion date. They finished up a couple days later than promised but due to the holidays (my appt drop off was Dec 21), and weather, it was understandable. Once I picked it up he took me to my car and summarized the repairs. And as a final touch, they washed the car prior to pickup. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and professional as well. They are first rate!!

I sent pictures and Josh immediately texted back with a "I think we can do this!" We were thrilled bc spending 6 digits on an RV, you are wanting solutions! We drove over on a Monday , southern Creve Cour/just n of I474. First impression walking into shop, SO CLEAN you KNEW this shop/crew cared/took pride in their workplace...it also tells you the work should be just as caring too...Josh came right out, shook our hands and sd let's take a look...looked and got under/around and smiled and sd I think we can do this! He quoted me a bargain price as he described his plan to fix...his plan was an honest and efficient. I can't tell you how grateful we were to hear they're just doing their best for the customer! We left RV there and Josh sd he would take of it. To our surprise, he called later next day to say they finished! Explaining he found it a faster fix than he thought (less paint/cutting etc) and he saved us even more! We went to pick up, Josh came out and met us in front lot, showed work, GUARANTEED our happiness or come back! We paid and drove away thrilled!
