A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.

He put me in touch with David who met with me to discuss my roof and prepare a quote. David was very personable as he conducted his assessment, providing the information I needed, made some suggestions, and answered my questions. With a contract ready to go and permits obtained, my project manager, Jarrod, was great in keeping me informed with each step in the process. He phoned me to explain an issue that arose and made a recommendation for which I was appreciative. David reached out at the end as well, and sent me some aerial pictures of the completed roof so I could see it completed. These gentlemen were professional, honest and kind.

Fast forward 5 years later, I recently found a leak from the same area. This time, Reliant still responded in a timely fashion and sent the crew in the same week. I think the first crew in October, 17 just found one spot and repaired that spot and did not search further for underlying issue. Essentially this roof install voided my Owens Coring warranty and exposed water on my back patio ceilings and it collapsed and they exposed water to my attic floor which will eventually collapse. They refuse to fix these. On April 6th and 7th of 2022, Tadlock Roofing installed our roof during seasonal rain and showers in Gainesville. Tadlock roofers failed to cover exposed decking, exposed chimney rafters, insulation, felt paper, framing/lumber and back patio ceiling. Tadlock did not follow Owen's Coring manufacturer guidelines when installing a roof during inclement weather, and per Owens Coring, this voids our warranty and they refuse to fix. Two months after they installed my roof, my back patio ceiling fell and we noticed they allowed rain to fall on the attic flooring and Tadlock Roofing will not fix any damages.

This company needs to be Federally investigated. They work with a shady mitigation company and an attorney from Ft. Lauderdale.. I have suffered a tremendous amount of physical, financial and emotional tragedies because of the way this company handled my sanctuary during my claim. The owner has many, random business schemes all over the east coast I discovered while investigating further. With companies owned by people like these, it's no wonder America is struggling. This company only wanted to nickel and dime my insurance company, even after my company agreed to pay for the roof. Since this experience, I had to pay out of pocket for rewiring and over 100,000 in damage. This company allowed my roof to cave completely in while my daughter was going through aggressive chemotherapy in isolation as a toddler. Thank God for our families, business associates, friends and neighbors. I signed a contract with all seasons, giving them the authority to protect my home while they negotiated the roofing price and provided me a roof they did none of these things, but of course, Duval County me none of the complaint, departments throughout the city or State could get any traction or Justice. What is going on with the evil in this city? These businesses are not what they seem. On a positive note, I am very grateful that this company did not put my roof on. When my chiropractor saw how distressed I was she hired her brother-in-law to put my roof on for $16000.
