Had one of the big A/C companies over my house for a regular a/c service. The technician went into my attic to check everything. When he came down he stated I needed all new air ducts. I had leaks and the ducts are falling apart. I asked for a quote and without batting an eye he told me $14,000. Needles to say I was not surprised. I was not about to pay all that money and I actually didn't believe him. Going with my instincts I reached out to E-ZZ Air Duct Service and spoke with Misty. Without even seeing my attic she told me not to worry that she didn't believe I would need a whole new duct install. She sent her techs over the next day and what do you know. I did not need any new duct install. That my ducts even being on the older side were working just fine. He did hang up some duct and also re- taped one other. For no charge!!! Great customer service! Misty and Zane are very professional and considerate. Misty is so awesome, she gets back to you so quickly after receiving an inquiry-even on the weekends! They work quickly to make sure they're in and out and clean up after themselves. This was our second spring that we've hired them to come and do our vents, check our AC system, and even do our dryer vent. They have great recommendations for other vendors as well. Having to deal with a considerable amount of dust in our house I decided to research air duct cleaning. I read numerous articles on the advantages of having ducts cleaned and decided on using E-ZZ Air Duct Services. I contacted them and spoke directly with the owner Zane. I explained our situation and also mentioned to him that our HVAC system was relatively new but had been serviced a year ago because of a bad damper unit. We agreed on a great price and time and he and Gage showed up on time ready to work. Before staring the cleaning process they inspect the HVAC units and surrounding area and thank god they did. Zane showed me that the duct work was partially separated from the HVAC unit and not only was heating/cooling the attic area, but was most likely contributing to the increased dust in our house. They offered to fix the problem and told me that due to the repairs needed that cleaning the ducts would not be possible for a couple of days. I informed Zane that I would have the installing HVAC company fix the problem and rescheduled the cleaning for two days later. Zane was quick to reschedule my service call and stated that there would be no charge for the additional service call even though there were considerable travel miles. Wow! Great Customer Service! Upon having the HVAC unit fixed, Zane and Gage arrived on the rescheduled date, on time and got to work. They proceeded to inspect, clean and evaluate all components of the HVAC system and provided outstanding communication during the process. They were careful of interior walls and furnishings and placed plastic covers over furnishing requiring such. Upon completion, they insured that everything in the work area was clean, any questions were answered and they also provided helpful information. The honesty, integrity, communication skills and "Can Do" attitude makes E-ZZ Air Duct Services one of the best companies I have ever delt with. love these guys! this summer our AC wasn't working very well. We called these guys up and I spoke to a woman named Misty. She was able to educate us on our air duct vents, and how it can be clogged sometimes and doesn't always need to be Replaced/Repaired. She sent a few guys to our house and they did a fantastic job.Not only were they kind and educated on the topic. I can't say enough good things about my experience I had and continuing to have because the coughing and sinus issues I was having, have stopped. I received photos and videos of before and after. Misty quoted us for how many vents while making the appt, no wondering what the total would be. I couldn't believe how much dryer lint came out of that vent. E-ZZ Air Duct Service was amazing. Our ducts needed a cleaning after about 10 years when we noticed dust all over our floors that was grainy and sandy. They were on time and did a thorough job. Pricing is up front and sent with an invoice before you make a commitment. The technicians Zack and Zane were great as well. They explained everything and showed before and after pictures.
