If I could give this place a 0 I would! First of all because I don't have a license someone else brought me in the car I was going to use to the test. The lady that was doing my test made me drop him off at Meijer without a license and come back. She pointed me because she said I should've been a little bit closer to the line. Then I got pointed for pulling forward after I parallel apart. It was just habit so I didn't even make it out of the parking lot. My son also took his test there. Everything went great until he was turning right on to Columbia and the instructor made him drive right back to the movie theater, saying he turned red! The instructor was rude and on his phone, the whole time and failed him! These people are criminals all they want to do is take your money because you have to pay ahead of time! My instructor told me adults fail all the time because they try to be too perfect! These people will never get another dime from me. I know seven people that have taken their test at easy way in the last two years and they all failed and had similar stories! Please do not waste your time or money, go anywhere else! read more

Don't trust this company. They're fortunate to get one star. I wish I could give them zero. My phone battery died and I couldn't get my car ports to charge in order to show my proof of insurance. I ask the instructor several times if I could try plugging my phone into his car. Even after restating this request several times he just acted like he didn't hear me. It was very strange. He only stated I had several minutes to show him or he would terminate the appointment and reschedule for another 80 bucks. The phone thing was is on me, but he was definitely in a position to at least attempt to help but acted like he could care less. Did I mention after terminating my appointment he kept my money. Actually, I feel like it was stolen. I will never recommend this company. read more

I took my first drivers test with them and the guy didn't even give me a chance very poor on their side in my opinion. I don't recommend them to take your driving test with them. Do it with Century Driving School. read more

They should be ashamed! So when we needed to reschedule a driving test due to illness, they said there is a $75.00 reschedule fee. The test is $75. We we're being asked to pay for the test again. No refunds and sorry bout your luck! Never again! read more

My teen took segment two with them, so I can't say that is the reason for them failing us for more money. What I can say is the first time we bombed, no question. The Second time on the other hand the tester didn't have the best communication, and didn't care to explain what was done incorrectly, we paid for an hour and he gave us 15 minutes with a "I explained it to your child" and blew us off, all that was said to the child was "you failed". He was doubling points (1 point for the cone, + 1 point for the line that the cone was sitting on. The cone and the line are the same boundary, that's 1 point not 2). Needless to say the manager was called, who said they've had complaints about that tester before and was going to call us back... never did. We also were told that she would speak with the owners and get back with us... never did. We went to Michigan Road Testing (as I wasn't giving EZ-Way another cent after that mess). The tester explained everything very thoroughly, was very calm and professional, was less expensive, and guess what... passed the test read more

I recently took my drivers test and I was very nervous because I saw all of these negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to see how professional the whole experience was. I passed my test and was very happy about it. The people that made the bad reviews may have just had a bad instructor. read more

This testing "service" is full of money grubbing jerks who don't care about their customers and will snatch your money by any means available to them and do their best to not do any work while doing it example a: we called and ask for all of the paperwork we needed to test and they left some very important parts out. Example b: once we got there they looked at the papers and said it didn't fulfill the requirements so we offered to go back and get the papers (20 minutes away) and they said it had to be done in five even though our test didn't start for more than the 20 minutes it would take to get it. All in all I would give this company a zero and not recommend them to anyone. read more

Have to give one star at least to post review...they dont deserve one! We arrived twenty five minutes early today for driving test. Instructor arrived back from another test a few minutes late. Upon getting ready to begin, the horn failed. It worked yesterday! I said husband is literally two minutes away with his truck, can we use that? Nope, sorry you will have to reschedule. We cannot do the test today. Called to reschedule, that'll be another $75. WHAT!??? He was late to begin with, we couldn't wait LITERALLY TWO MINUTES for another vehicle and so we have to reschedule AND PAY AGAIN!!! Basically got charged for NOTHING. They said sorry your horn failed, that's on you. I totally get that, but he wouldn't wait 2 minutes? I said okay, if we had stopped to fix a flat on the way to the test and been told to reschedule would we have to pay again? YES! That's asinine!!! The guy on the phone said SOS has a list of places on the website for testing if we wanted to go somewhere else. GLADLY!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! They don't deserve it! read more

The person who performed the advertising "pitch" turned out to be a total hypocrite, although I believe he may actually have been the business owner. Lectured parents endlessly about how we teach our children bad driving habits. Turned out he tailgated me terribly on the highway several days later in a clearly marked EZ way vehicle. He continued cutting people off and tailgating, nearly causing several accidents. The instructors who actually taught my child were much better. read more

THIS SCHOOL IS A SCAM !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! This is a poor excuse of a driving school. First time taking the test the driving instructor had his feet up on the dash and was on his phone for the whole test. He also told me to not stop at a red light because we would get rear ended if I stopped. After they failed me the first time they wouldn't tell me what I did that made me fail. And when I called to complain about the driving instructor having he feet up on the dashboard and for being on his phone through the whole test all they said was "wow that sucks do you want to schedule another test" biggest mistake on my part was saying yes thinking that I just happened to get a bad instructor the first time. Second time taking the test I didn't even get passed the parking part of the test because the driving instructor named Corey said that I failed he wouldn't say anything other than that I failed. I had a friend watching the parking part of the test and they said I did perfect. After he said I was done with the test and that I failed he walked by my friend and said that I failed again and started laughing at me. This is the most unprofessional and corrupt business I have ever seen. I am going to report this business to the Better Business Bureau and the secretary of the state. All they want is your money and they will do anything to keep getting your money. read more

Do not waste your time or money on this "school". We went to the Battle Creek school. My son learned very little in this program. They do not cover defensive driving at all. The hands on portions are very basic and include no driving in heavy traffic. They avoid any opportunities to experience anything beyond small town and back road driving. Almost no time spent on parallel parking or parking in general. When it comes to test time, they show up with attitudes and unprofessional behavior. They look for any reason to fail you and take your money. Finally, the prices will increase as you move through the program. From start to finish, they increased the prices 3 times while we were going through the course. What started out as a total price of $300, ended up costing over $400. Any complaints are met with terrible customer service and more unprofessionalism. There are better schools in the Battle Creek / Kalamazoo area for less!! read more
