We'll they installed metal roof not recommended for residential homes, replace some of the facia board with untreated, unpainted interior wood and if that isn't bad enough they damaged soffit and left entire house soffit dangling. They also pulled the permit after job was almost completed and only because of my insistence. Well that permit was worthless as they have thier own private inspector who finalized the work based on thier personal picture. Apparently in the state of Florida that is legal. BEWARE! They were all so nice Connor, Hunter, etc. Until they got push back for poor workmanship. Oops forgot about the skylights, apparently they forgotten mention on permit that they installed 2 new one, but no surprise they installed incorrectly.

We absolutely had the very best experience using Blake Martin at southpoint contracting to do our roof. He answered all of our questions, he was very easy to get ahold of and if he wasn't able to answer the phone he would call me back in a timely manner. Then they showed up when they said they would. There was a guy named Dave who worked on the facia and soffit he did really really nice work!! It was beautiful when he finished. Then Kenny and Michael worked round the clock to tear off the existing roof and put on a new metal roof. It took them about a week because we had several days that rained where they weren't able to do anything. All of them were very nice and easy to talk to. They all did super quality work. We are so lucky we found Them . We love our new roof very much and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. We highly recommend southpoint contracting!!
