Mr. Evins provided not only a superior experience with our project but he also took time out of his day to provide recommendations on our newly purchased home. His crew provided a very professional attitude towards our project and fixed issues outside the scope of the job ensuring the highest standard of excellence. The cost of the project came under budget even though there were issues after the start project. 100 percent recommend this company and I now consider them my only choice for my home's future projects.

It was a somewhat complex build as we used one existing bedroom and covered porch which were turned into a great room consisting of a living room and kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and an island. This phase of the project required opening an exterior load bearing wall. The next phase, an adjoining bedroom was added with bathroom including a walk-in tub, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. The addition is perfect and everyone who visits remarks on how beautiful it is. We have to say owner Steve, and his crew, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work including any work done by subcontractors. If a subcontractor did something not up to par, the owner or his crew would point it out and make sure the work was redone correctly or fix it themself. My mother-in-law changed her mind about a few things halfway through the build. Not only did they make the changes, but they also went out of their way to make sure she was happy every step of the project. We highly recommend Property Services GC and plan to use them when we build a new house in the future.

AR Handymen Services was the ONLY AND I MEAN ONLY handyman service amongst the MULTITUDE of handyman services that I sought out that has TOTALLY PROVEN themselves to be FULLY CAPABLE of bringing the DREAMS of my renovation plans from fantasy to a BEAUTIFUL REALITY. Every other handyman company that I reached out to either advised me that my plans were out of their scope of capability or expertise or attempted to advise me to lower my goals and expectations for my renovation plans simply because they were incapable of bringing them to fruition. AR Handymen Services was the ABSOLUTE ONLY Handyman Service that upon being advised of my renovation plans and expectations IMMEDIATELY advised me that it would be NO PROBLEM AT ALL for them to ensure that my renovations plans were followed to the letter. And AMAZINGLY they not only fulfilled what I requested in my renovation plans with UNMATCHED QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP, but the end result was WAAAAAYYYYY BETTER and EVEN WAAAAAYYYYY MORE BEAUTIFUL than I initially DREAMED it could become. My renovation is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! And please bear in mind that I consulted with several other Handyman Companies that service my area and they advised me that it WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE. AR Handymen Services turned what other Handyman Companies in my area said would not be possible into a TOTALLY BEAUTIFUL AND BREATHTAKING REALITY!!! The QUALITY of their workmanship on my bathroom renovation is UNMATCHED!!! And I make that statement VERY CONFIDENTLY and based upon the other renovation companies that I reached out to advising me that they were INCAPABLE OF TAKING ON the CHALLENGE of my renovation plans. So when I say PLEASE LOOK NO FURTHER, understand that I make that statement with first hand knowledge of the A-1 Quality of their workmanship and with a history of other Handyman Companies that service my area saying that it was NOT POSSIBLE, or in other words NOT POSSIBLE FOR THEM. But TOTALLY POSSIBLE for AR Handymen Services. They have UNQUESTIONABLY PROVEN to me that they are the ABSOLUTE BEST Handyman Service in not only the Spring Hill area but the surrounding areas reaching as far as Brandon, FL. When I tell you I did an INTENSIVE SEARCH before I was BLESSED to be able to book an appointment with AR Handymen Services, it was TRULY an INTENSIVE SEARCH. If you have home renovation plans that seem a bit TOO LOFTY or HIGH END for a LESS SKILLED Handyman Service, you would be doing yourself and your investment in your home a GREAT DISSERVICE by LOOKING ANY FURTHER than AR Handymen Services. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST at their craft. Thank you SOO VERY MUCH Avery and Angela for turning the DREAMS of my home renovation plans into a TOTALLY BREATHTAKING AND BEAUTIFUL REALITY!!! AGAIN I SAY, THANK YOU!!!:-)

We hired James Zanatta/Pro Craft Builders of Spring Hill to build us a house in Rural Hernando…read moreCounty in 2021. He built the house and we moved in in early 2023, 20 months after signing our contract. James comes on strong but as the job progressed you could see that he was just ready to be done and did not seem to oversee his subcontractors. There was an issue with the custom exterior siding, which was around a $16,000 up-charge, that if we were not on site it would have become a real mess due to minimum on deck supervision of the siding crew. Luckily, we were able to stop the subcontractor and get it done right and when we did tell James we wanted our expensive siding done right he told us our job had become a "S___ Show". His exact words about our Dream House!! And that we were trying to "nickle and dime him". Very Unprofessional! Some of his subcontractors were good tradesmen and some of them were not.. We have already had to re-caulk both bathrooms. Additionally, we had a problem with the flooring and when we called James and told him this, he started yelling into the phone that it was somehow our fault then he hung up on us! Finally, after 6 months of trying to get James to fix our floor he sent us a check for $7600 and told us to have another contractor fix it! We hired James to build the house. His warranty clearly stated that any defects would be repaired by him. Now we have to bring in a 3rd party contractor to fix what his people messed up as James basically bowed out of his warranty responsibility by paying us off. Do we still even have a warranty on anything else?? At the end of the build James did not do a 'Punch Out' walk through. We are still correcting problems. All the switch and plug covers were crooked. Most of the cabinet doors were loose and in need of proper adjustment. The tub still even had the stickers on it! The interior trim is a mess because James did it himself instead of hiring a proper Trim Carpenter. We paid James every single Draw right on time. We did not complain about a couple of things that the contract price increased on because we understand that stuff happens. At the time of final payment what we got from Pro Craft Builders was "OK, so we're done, right?" Not a 'Thank You'. Not an 'Enjoy your new home'. Just "We're done, right?" The house seems sound and functional. Time will tell. We like looking at it and living in it. Did Pro Craft build us a good house? Again, time will tell. Would we hire him again...Probably not. Would we recommend him to anyone....Probably not.
