I was in need of sod to be laid at my home. We were selling and I only had a few hours before the buyers came by for a final walk through. I quickly made a post on Next Door app asking for someone that can lay sod same day and I received multiple responses so I randomly chose one. It happened to be Patron Elite. From start to finish, professionalism at its finest. I called them, explained the situation. I reached out to them at nearly 3pm and by 4, they had the sod, and by 5:15, they were at my home delivering a pallet of freshly cut sod. They worked for hours until the job was complete. Best part is the new buyers were super impressed to see new grass being laid on their new lawn during their walkthrough. This company does a multitude of things and are not limited to sod. They didn't give me an AI response saying they need to come by to do an estimate or do a consultation. I appreciate the clear answer. 2) prompt responses within the Yelp messaging system. Awesome. 3) the quote was very accurate. They said "this price to fix" and "this price if and when added materials are needed" Cool, I have a very good idea of what to expect.. 4) Luis the technician came on time!! 5) Luis took his time to carefully fix the frame, he preserved my mesh, so I didn't have to pay more to replace the mesh. (I appreciate that so much). Also, he took extra time to adjust everything and make sure everything fits and go back the right way. 6) Take Zelle, sent me a receipt and then told me there is a one year warranty, because he knew I might not look at the receipt.
