She sent me the info and I was able to put in an order for a custom piece, ready in 4-6 weeks. Approximately 4 weeks later it was shipped to me via Fed-Ex signature two-day delivery. It was too big, so I reached out and they sent me a 2-day return label and resized it and sent it back within 1 day of receipt with tracking info provided. Unfortunately, the size was still off, so the process was repeated, again with 1 day turnaround after item was delivered back to them. Brooke was a consummate professional, saying they would make it right for me no matter what. They did! It's beautiful. I love it.
