I was managing a big list of home improvements on a recently purchased home in Hurricane despite living 3,000 miles away and never stepping foot near the property! Barb walked me through everything on the phone, kept everything organized for me from a distance and for my Mom and other family who oversaw things locally AND she was just downright the nicest lady you could ask to serve you! Keith provided great insight and suggestions consulting with us on carpet and laminate flooring ideas. The products from Shaw were great and the installation was wonderful. Keith didn't like the way things looked on a seam so he had it fixed right away by a different crew member. Then, even after my Mom was satisfied, Keith and Barb still tried to get Mom to let Keith redo it again! That's crazy customer service and professionalism and standing for quality in your work! It was definitely a lot of money for carpet and flooring, more than I expected, but the quality of the products and the overall service from Keith, Barb and the crew was well worth the money! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hurricane Floor so long as Keith and Barb are involved!

I arrived at 11:45 to pickup the carpet, and this carpet place had no one there to load the carpet, so I waited for 45 minutes for "Pete" to arrive. He looks at me and says he can't strap the carpet roll into the truck due to his "insurance". Which would've been great Information 45 minutes ago. Then wants to charge me 95$ to deliver 20 min from store and makes sure to let me know "Now we aren't bringing this in your house, this is just to the garage or driveway, OK?" . It was his attitude with me and derogatory demeanor that really was unappealing and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Don't waste your money here, and especially your precious time at a carpet place that doesn't keep someone staffed to actually load carpet, keeps you waiting almost an hour, then wants to overcharge and be rude to you. .
