I had a mustard seed charm that was terribly tarnished but of significant sentimental value to me. I had a vision of it being placed in a heart shape pendant that would signify that the core of my heart was faith. Amanda was patient and knowledgable. She worked very hard with me to find just the perfect pendant and walked me through the entire process of ordering it. She even kept me in the loop on when I would receive it and the progress being made to make it happen. I left the store but Amanda kept me well informed. Upon receiving the necklace with the custom pendant which included my mustard seed charm, I was overjoyed and beyond excited. Amanda went above and beyond and did extraordinary work. The last couple of times I've been there, they have polluted the store with the most tacky stuff I've ever seen! This is the So. Charleston WV store. It was like I was at a roadside flea market. They had 4th of July stuff out but almost no outdoor furniture or special things they usually have. The prices are going up a lot. I had rewards points & intended on using them for a long outdoor deck table. Usually they have some unusual & fun things. Disappointed in the choices that are being made. I realize that everyone has different tastes but there are things there that are better left to stores that you expect to see tacky things & should leave room for the good stuff. Disappointed.
