It was a stressful and urgent situation, and we didn't know how we were going to manage his care without it. I called Wells Home Furnishings, and they immediately understood the urgency. In less than four hours, they had a new adjustable bed delivered and fully installed in our home. That level of responsiveness is rare, and it made an incredibly difficult day so much easier for our family. Wells isn't just a great furniture store--they truly care about their customers. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond meant more to us than we can express. Thank you so much for everything you did for our family. We will never forget it.

I needed a new sofa/couch to replace an old piece. I went with a friend to all of the furniture…read morestores from Southridge to Dunbar and even down to Huntington and back. My friend and I searched through types of sofa and types of fabrics trying to find something that I liked and that was comfortable. We realized we didn't know the terminology used for different styles of arms and other components of sofas and the staff at Pugh assisted us with that, which helped when we explored other furniture retailers before returning to Pugh. As far as quality, Pugh had selections that are as good or better than any other place in the valley, had a variety of fabric selections that rivaled any other store and - most importantly - had very competitive pricing. The staff was all very helpful and did everything they could to assist me through the whole process of buying a new piece, setting up delivery and removing the old piece being replaced. My experience with Pugh Furniture was excellent and I'd recommend Pugh Furniture to anyone needed new furniture. If you're in the market for a piece of furniture then you should definitely give Pugh a visit. David H

Stay away from this business! They do not know what customer service is! Unfortunately we…read morepurchased a Parker House leather sectional sofa which was just one defect after another. The company sent people out to check the sofa on two occasions. They claimed that Covid-19 was problematic for the availability of replacement parts. That will be two YEARS of doing NOTHING this May (less than two months to go)! I have called many times to speak with manager/owner but she is ALWAYS out or simply gone for the day! How we hated this furniture and now we have transferred that feeling to Pugh Furniture! This is a company I grew up with as having a reputation for quality. Well, no longer! Avoid this place! They are charlatans. They gladly take your money and if you have any problems, too bad for you! We have given away the sofa. We purchased from the Ashley store. It was not easy as I am a disabled veteran and rely solely on my VA disability to support my family! Shame on you, Pugh Furniture! You will never get another sale from me nor anyone I speak with who might even be contemplating shopping at Pugh Furniture!

Instead of replacing the damaged items or taking responsibility for delivering furniture in unacceptable condition, customer service tried to send us through the warranty process just to have them cleaned. Why should a customer who paid for brand-new furniture have to go through a warranty claim to fix a problem that existed upon delivery? To make matters worse, getting help was incredibly frustrating. Reaching anyone is nearly impossible. Expect long hold times, endless transfers, and voicemails that seem to go nowhere. Customer service was difficult to reach and offered little resolution once we finally got someone on the phone. For a major furniture purchase, I expected much better quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing from start to finish. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you value responsive customer service and receiving furniture in the condition you paid for.
