My friend and I searched through types of sofa and types of fabrics trying to find something that I liked and that was comfortable. We realized we didn't know the terminology used for different styles of arms and other components of sofas and the staff at Pugh assisted us with that, which helped when we explored other furniture retailers before returning to Pugh. As far as quality, Pugh had selections that are as good or better than any other place in the valley, had a variety of fabric selections that rivaled any other store and - most importantly - had very competitive pricing. The staff was all very helpful and did everything they could to assist me through the whole process of buying a new piece, setting up delivery and removing the old piece being replaced. My experience with Pugh Furniture was excellent and I'd recommend Pugh Furniture to anyone needed new furniture.
