They brought their own shoe covers too. He charged over $200 for labor for the visit. That seemed crazy but I paid it. He said, "it looks like the hinge of your washer door is about to go, I'll order a new one for you and you'll only pay for the part. I'll install it for free and won't charge you for a second visit." That seemed fair and I agreed. Since then, he has not responded to my texts and voice mail messages. Completely ghosted me.
