Sounds just fine however as November drew to a close and no one had shown up I reached out and was informed that they'd be out soon. Well Winter came and went and the pile of leaves and grass clippings they left in September was and is still in the same place. It's now mid May 2023 and I've not heard anything from them since October 2022. Oh yeah, I've already sent them an email about two weeks ago telling them to never mind. What a sad way of doing business. Who knows maybe they're out of business but the way they deal with customers is pitiful and they should be.

We have used this company several times. First for lawn mowing, then landscaping and then a…read moreretaining wall. We have always been very pleased with the work and the costs for the job done. This past weekend someone ran over our retaining wall pulling some of the blocks apart. I was so upset that I left a message on the voice mail on Sunday. We have not had them do any work for us since they put in the retaining wall several years ago since that was the last big project. Well Monday morning I got a call from Jim. He asked me what happened. I told him. He was working on a job but said he would come by sometime that morning or afternoon to take a look at the damage. He did and then called me in the afternoon. He pulled the rocks away and put the blocks back. He said he didn't have any glue with him but he would come back and do the another day. He knew how upset I was so he wanted to get it back to the way it was. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said nothing. He said he couldn't charge me for it. I got news for you, most people don't do work for nothing but Jim did. He fixed my wall and now it looks as beautiful as it ever did. Time is precious to all of us so when someone does something for me and doesn't charge me I want to tell the world. It is a shame that more people don't take time to say thank you.
