The manager quickly came out and stopped me from taking pictures of the car that I supposedly hit and taking pictures of the area in the accident. It's all set up to prevent paying. Recommend when they flag you in you wait for car lengths and then go in instead of letting them push your capacity and if you hit somebody in front of you paying for it like I did.

Second time I went there with a new car and a temporary plate, the plate was gone after the washing. Nobody told me not to get a wash or that it could be damaged.
