Gave the car back one day before the temp tags expired without extending them. Service department failed to fix problems with vehicle on three separate occasions. Sold the car I was driving as a rental. Refused to give me updates unless I blew them up. Never accepted full responsibility always tried to blame deflect. Tommy the head of service and Robert Cummings the salesperson were especially vile during this process. Save yourself a headache and never buy a car from this dealership.

Call the next day and they haven't looked at the truck yet. They say they'll have a quote by close of business ( which according to website and answer machine is 5:30). I call at 5:25 and get attitude, but also a quote of $2100. They say they will start the next morning. I call the following Tuesday to check status since there has been no updated given. The truck hadn't been worked on yet. I was told I would have it today, Friday. Just got a call that the work will be $2000 MORE and not finished until Tuesday of next week. Ridiculous!!
