First of all I want to say that my salesman Jacob was a great guy. I'm sure Drive on Time will have…read morea lot to say about my review, but I am 100% factual, with texts, screen shot, and Jacob's honesty. The dealership has great reviews that will be pointed out in their response. I am happy for the 99% that had a great experience. It's the 1% that this review concerns. How will they handle a vehicle that wasn't up to par and they sold to a customer. I found my truck on line and a week of back and forth questions. On-line it said "Every vehicle is eligible for a free 3 month or 3000 mile warranty on every vehicle". Leading you to believe that they sell quality vehicles. I was later told, we no longer do this and can't remove it from the website. Red Flag #1. I was also told that they have a 140(?) point inspection done at an independent shop. AND "if they see a problem we fix it". Not true, they negotiated the front end work with them paying some and me paying some. The rest, "We didn't budget for that". Red Flag #2 This after I drove 3 hours to look at it. I am a 100% disabled vet, walk with a cane, and am physically unable to crawl under the truck to verify anything. Should I have got another shop to look at it? Hindsight...YES!!! I drove the truck back from the inspection and it did fine, 4ish mile drive, I was happy. There were several problems id'd by the shop including, bad upper and lower ball joints, bad tie rod ends, leaking rear main seal, etc. Being an exceptionally clean, low mileage, desirable Cummins truck, I let this cloud my judgement. Jacob told me "No Pressure" "You can walk away, no hard feelings". I believed him, but the sales mgr, No. He came out and the pressure was on. Saying "Well this truck wasn't ready to be listed" "It was a mistake" "We've already raised the price on our website" "I will honor the price for you today" "We don't have the money in our budget to fix things". I did agree to splitting the front end work, which they only had the lower ball joints and tie rod ends fixed. I gave them a $500 NON-Refundable deposit and left. They were to get the front end done and detail it. I drove back and bought the truck. On the trip home, after the transmission got hot, it started shifting hard and stuttering. Got home, my son crawled under it to look. He noticed the spare tire, had a date code of 2003, 21 years old. We then looked at the tires, also great tread, had codes of 2012, 12 years old. How was this not id'd during the inspection? OK, so the dealership probably wouldn't see this. I just drove home, 3 hours on unsafe tires. I wait to call the next day (Saturday). The next morning, there is a puddle under the truck. Again, my son crawls under and finds a leaking water pump. I am now on the rope for $1500 tires (5), $300 + labor water pump, a $3500 transmission. I text Jacob and ask what can be done. All I get is, "nothing". We did what we agreed on. True! But what about integrity? Obviously this dealership lacks it. I have texted to retain a "trail". All I get is sorry. This is not about feelings, it's about doing right. All this happened within 18 hours. I even asked about returning it. We don't have a return policy. I'm stuck. I understand they want to make money. But where do you draw the line between $$ and doing the right thing. If you make money 99% of the time, couldn't you say "Well maybe this 1% time we will eat the profit and make things right"? I mean everybody makes mistakes, maybe they bought a truck they will only break even on. Wouldn't that be the "Right" thing to do? Do you sell your soul for the sake of profit? I asked if they could do the tires, which is a safety thing. The truck is sitting in my driveway, unusable. My mistake, I should've had it checked myself. I trusted the independent inspection. I let them pressure me into making an on the spot decision. I trusted them. It really comes down to how they handle the 1%. Will they do the right thing? Trust and integrity is a hard thing to earn and it's even harder to re-earn. Everything I have said is 100% true and factual.

We make our way here after mom did everything she knows how to get the a.c. working. I suppose that perhaps the Freon (or equivalent) might be low. Hoping for something that easy, we pull in. The staff were super helpful and worked diligently to diagnose the issue. After a few moments it was discovered that the a.c. had not actually been turned "on" you can imagine the laughter that erupted from my mom's friend and myself much to mom's chagrin. The guys helping us were awesome about it and gave us some waters for our trouble. They stayed professional and courteous while we were there. I hope they laughed just as hard as we did after we left.

I gave them a pass on this one because it was the second shop that didn't know how to fix the problem. then I scheduled service online a week in advance and they call you to actually get you down. Never heard anything, no call or email and when I called they said they would read back out later, never happened. They only get 1 star because I can't choose 0. Terrible service department and customer service isn't any better

She sent the requested information very quickly. I asked for a final price and if I could get a warranty. She put me in contact with Eleazar who went above and beyond to make sure this was the car for me. Not only did I get a bumper to bumper warranty but he also included new tires and made sure the car was cleaned. I flew in to get the car and it was sitting on the showroom floor. Linda did an amazing job handling all the financing and paperwork. This made the overall experience of buying a car one I can be proud of. Hats off to this team for the coordination of selling an out of state vehicle, providing the best customer service ever, and showing how friendly Arkansans are. I'm from Arkansas myself so it was refreshing to see people at home still operate with class, and respect. I will be back for future purchases!

Gave the car back one day before the temp tags expired without extending them. Service department failed to fix problems with vehicle on three separate occasions. Sold the car I was driving as a rental. Refused to give me updates unless I blew them up. Never accepted full responsibility always tried to blame deflect. Tommy the head of service and Robert Cummings the salesperson were especially vile during this process. Save yourself a headache and never buy a car from this dealership.
