These guys rearranged other work to fit us in, fix our car and get us back on the road before they closed for the day. Not only all of this but we were stranded at a local hotel without transportation, they came to our hotel to get our key fob to work on the car and then came back to our hotel to pick me up and take me to get my car. As far as I am concerned they went out of their way to help us and get everything taken care of the way that they did. They also didn't charge through the nose to fix what needed fixed, they did so at a great value to us. They were all extremely friendly and joking around with each other and their customers in the shop. The gentleman who owns the shop also gave me his card with his number and told me that if we had any more trouble to call him. He could only help us so far out but he could recommend someone that could help us between Cabot, AR and our destination of Ft. Worth, TX. I would 100% recommend this shop and their emplolyees!

We were obviously stressed out by being out of town and thinking a car repair would be a fortune!!! Bring in Chris and Blaine! These 2 young men were amazing and HONEST!! They ran a diagnostic on our car with a scanner and didn't find any errors. I can't remember which one of them tapped the emergency brake but the light went out. I then came back on and he did it again. Again it went off. He took the car for a ride to test the brakes and all was fine!! He said we were good to go and the warning light shouldn't come back but if it did just hit the emergency brake. We tried to pay them and they said no we didn't do anything to fix the car. They were both professional and knowledgeable. We have thanked God several times for leading us to Joe's shop! They again are honest and have integrity which you don't often find when traveling and have car trouble.! Thank you both for being kind and taking care of us!! Highly recommend this shop!!!
