Today I came in to the Dyson repair store with my Purifier/Humidifier. The customer service representative was name Brennan. Brennan listens extremely well to his customers. He told me in advance what he felt he might need to do, and was so extremely informative to me about the issues with my equipment. In 2026, to find an employee who is knowledgeable, personable,, and solves issues all in the space of 30 minutes is a valuable quality. I hope Brennan gets recognition from his supervisory staff for giving SUPERIOR Customer service to me. Considering it was a Monday a.m. and I was waiting for him to unlock the door at 9, he deserves the fire star rating. Thank you so much for all the help today. Tara Hickey read more

I called to inquire about fixing my Dyson vacuum and Brendon was incredibly helpful on the phone. When I got there, Brianna helped me and was equally as helpful! My vacuum was fixed and I was out the door in 20 minutes or less. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to come back with any Dyson repairs. read more

I enjoyed my experience and was fully renegades as a Dyson customer. You get what you paid for and the machines are worth every dime. The service center experience was smooth. Highly professional, prompt and knowledgable. The repair was VERY reasonably priced so we can continue to buy Dyson products with confidence. read more

There's only one service center in the state of Georgia and it was close enough that I went because I needed a couple of attachments. I would've gotten them online but they were either out of stock or there's no alternative that would fit my V12 detect slim. This service center has one person but I think it's mostly on appointment basis. Nevertheless, the service member helped me even without an appointment. There was a wait but not too long. They didn't have the attachment I wanted either but he gave me another for free! That was a $25 attachment so I was grateful. I'm lucky I don't have any issues with my Dyson yet but when I do, I will visit this service center again. read more

All I needed was a battery and all they did was replace it, perfectly. No trying to "upsell "anything or pad with extra charges. A good place for Dyson services! read more

When I called to see if they would give an estimate to refurbish my 9 year old Dyson, the gentleman that answered the phone walked me through repairing it myself for free. I was amazed. It was fantastic doing business with them. I'm so glad I called. read more

I had a dying Dyson that needed a repair. It's probably on its last legs, but I'm not ready yet to say goodbye. Came in, and the tech [never got his name] immediately got to work. He told me the vacuum had a clog that he will fix quickly and easily enough. The motor was also damaged. Great time for some high pressure salesmanship, but it didn't happen. I asked the tech if it was worth replacing the motor. He told me I was better off buying a new one. They'll give me a trade-in credit for my old one. No pressure to explore options or make a move then. I will absolutely return to this store in the near future to trade up to a new Dyson. All of the great reviews are right. This place has incredible customer service. read more

Really a nice surprise that Dyson has a store! Went in with a problem on my vac., they did an analysis on the spot and gave me options for fixing, frankly, I just bought a new one, as the vac is aging and the cost for a new one was just 100 more. Nice people, quit service and my house is clean again! Thx read more

This is the second time i have been to this facility. Both time the place has been pretty slow maybe a person in front of you, and maybe one more will come in after you arrive. I highly encourage you to look up the business hours to make sure they are open on the day you elect to drop off your vac. Dude took it to the back switched out the head and I left within :15 minutes. Just wish I would have checked the hours of operation first. read more

We bought a Dyson when we got a dog, and it has seen daily use for a long while. It is an excellent machine! One of the plastic parts broke, I contacted the Dyson Service Center in Norcross, took it over and left with equipment that was "as new"! Outstanding service and professionalism, great to know that when you need help with your Dyson( which is not too often) it is readily available. Thank You! read more

Other than being on the other side of Atlanta, I showed up with my cordless Dyson vacuum, the technician diagnose the problem gave me a new battery and charging cord and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes. I can't say enough about the service I received today. The person who helped was professional and went above board to help me. I will return here in the future for repairs or puchases. Thank you so much, Sandy Davis read more

The customer service here is some of the best I have ever experienced. This, coming from a guy who manages 5 Star Hotels in the Atlanta area. I've always preached how important to anticipate the need of the customer, but Michael blew me away. It's like he read my mind! I had to think about the interaction when I got back in my car because I don't even recall explaining the problem with my Dyson. He just fixed it, explained what I was doing right (in front of my wife, so that by itself was helpful) and then showed what I needed to do next time. All that rolled into the confidence he has in the product he serviced was impressive to say the least. It was like the Apple Genius Bar before Apple became as popular as it was. Again, great experience. Wish we came sooner. Michael, is the perfect example of customer service. read more

I've never had a quality product that needed repair and it actually work out how it's suppose to. I call stain customer service after researching what I needed to do online and they had me going in circles and were actually of no help. I called this fusion service center and spoke to Michael and he made sense of the confusion and provided me with several options to have my straightener fixed. I shipped it to their office and within days I received an email that they solved the issue and my device was headed back. I was surprised that it was a brand new device so it felt like Christmas morning. Thank you thank you thank you Michael and team Dyson of norcross, Ga!!!! read more

Fantastic service experience provided by Tod(d) of Dyson Service Center. I brought in my Dyson Hot + Cool on a Thursday. Tod(d) replaced the oscillating motor in less than 24 hours. All repairs were free since it was still under warranty. Going into pick up my Hot + Cool, I brought my out of warranty Dyson Upright V6 for repair. Tod(d) informed me that the main body needs to be replaced for around $175. He also mentioned that his service center offers a true recycling program where recycling any Dyson vacuum gives you a 30% discount toward a new model purchased through his center. So I opted to purchase a brand new V11 Animal at a shockingly low price. Also this service center and Tod(d) enforced and put in place the safest Coid-19 masking and distance policies and masks are a requirement. I really appreciated Tod(d)'s diligence, efficiency and expertise. While making my purchase he also took care of a sudden rush of no less than 4-5 customers, two at a time. Amazing! Please go and service your Dyson here and purchase more from Atanta's Dyson Service Center. read more

I had the very best experience with Service Technician Todd. HE SOLVED OUR PROBLEM IN MINUTES!!! His expertise, courtesy, and communication skills were outstanding. We have a Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead Lightweight Cordless Vacuum that kept stopping upon pulling backwards. Todd immediately knew it was the motorhead. He fixed it in 3 minutes. His skills are remarkable at diagnosing and resolving any vacuum problem. Oh ( he even solved the problems of the 3 customers ahead of us while we only waited 10 minutes). I writing this review because of the excellent service this gentleman Todd provided on a busy Saturday. Todd represents Dyson in an exemplary manner. If you own a Dyson and have a problem, I highly recommend going to Dyson Store and see Todd at the 6115 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross, Georgia. I'm confident that all their staff are like Todd and Michael. Also great prices! read more

We have 2 Dyson's, one is 4 years old and kind of lost good suction and the other about 6 months old that a part fell off and I didn't know where it came from. I live about an hour away so I called before going jut to make sure I didn't need an appointment and no appointment needed. I got there and Justin is just amazing! He took both machines out back and brought them back out in no time at all ! He was quick and did a great job! It was certainly worth the trip and thank you Justin! read more

Great fast service! Was literally in and out in less than 10min for a repair and had another part replaced. My Dyson is back in like new condition. read more

Came in search of accessories for the dyson airwrap. No one was up front but did come out fairly quickly. The person didn't bother to be cordial, say hello or exchange any pleasantries. There was NO ONE else in the store. All he could say was, " Your going to have to go get a mask!!!" I thanked him and left as fast as I could. So rude! For a store that sells high-end very expensive items they could be polite at the very least and provide a mask for what you pay for their items. read more

If every service place was as professional and awesome as this place - I'd feel confident buying more of their products. I've always loved Dyakon vacuums, but this place made me decide all vacuums from this point in will be Dyson. Called and they told me to come into shop - no appt needed. I showed up a half hour before they closed. They greeted me at the door (masked) took my broken vacuum to the back came back out within a few minutes telling me the issue a d cost to fix/replace the part. I agreed, paid on their online app, and walked out with a repaired vacuum within 20 min. Very happy. Now that I feel confident I can easily have my Dyson's fixed, I will start replacing some of my older vacuums w Dyson. read more

I brought in my vacuum for what I expected would to be an expensive and time consuming fix... Wow, I was wrong. The tech, didn't get his name, was great. He took the machine in the back for 5 minutes and brought it back working like new. He also mentioned that the unit was just out of warranty but that he would wave the cost of the repair. This is how you run a high-end business. These vacuums are $500. I do not expect it to break within a year. In addition, when I called in the customer service agent was very helpful and this location was really far from my house. Needless to say, I was done with Dyson. I have no idea what this repair cost but it was worth it times a million. I never ever would've bought a Dyson again even though I'm really happy with the product when it works right. This guy/Dyson earned my business for the rest of my life. It's the little things. read more

Exceptional customer service! I stopped by today without an appointment and asked if they could look at my Dyson as the suction wasn't working properly. Michael had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. He explained what was causing the loss of suction and showed me the "back door" to my vacuum and how to clean it out. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I had tried in vain to get my vacuum cleaned out (even watched a couple of Youtube videos) and took the vacuum head apart, but somehow I missed the back area. Thank you, Michael, for being so helpful and informative! read more

Five stars for the technician we encountered when we visited. He offered to go out to our vehicle to help bring the vacuum in, and again offered when we left. Was super pleasant and polite the whole time. This, despite the fact that we didn't end up to be paying customers, bc he figured out the problem with our vacuum and it was easily corrected at no charge. The price quoted for IF it needed to be left there to fix: $75 plus parts, usually need to leave vacuum there for one week. read more

Brought my Dyson in because it wasn't functioning. No power, suction was weak. Guy (forgot to get his name) was great. Took it back, diagnosed and gave it back to me with some maintenance suggestions. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Awesome service and will absolutely come here again for service and future purchases. read more

I'm kinda embarrassed to post this but my Dyson was "broken". I let my cleaning lady use my Dyson and she "broke" it. Couldn't figure out a way to fix it and she even offered to buy it from me(kinda that's suspicious) but i ended up keeping it and watched several youtube videos with no luck. The brush just stopped spinning. I found the Dyson service center while looking for something else on yelp. I took my baby to the Dyson center. The gentleman was also very nice and assisted me in getting Dyson into the store. Mine isn't the heavy kind but how nice of him. First thing he did was check to see it was under warranty and it was! Only to find out the reset button got tripped and all i had to do was switch it back. He also helped register me then sent me an email receipt. I will definitely go back here to get a bigger model ...not sure what ill name him. Maybe Goliath like from the bible. Don't be stealing my man's name now nuh uh!!! read more

A visit to the guys at Dyson is exemplary of what exceptional customer service looks like. I have two Dyson's and have really been appreciative of their quality and functionality. My oldest, the DC18 is about 7 years old; and it simply got tired. Parts that probably should have failed years ago finally had their fun meter pegged. My DC28 monster, used very frequently, and has been roughed up a bit needed a new head unit. It is about 5 years old. I took them in in a Monday, they were completely over hauled, tuned up and repaired by Wednesday. Looking brand new to boot. Addison and Dyson Dan were both fantastic guys to speak to, and work with. And here is the thing. Just because I own multiple Dyson's, the boss threw in a couple parts. He had no reason to do it; it was just done out of courtesy and great customer service. When I showed up to pick up my two Dyson kids, Addison wheeled them into the show room, and then walked them out to my car with me. No charge whatsoever. Dyson truly does offer a great product. And they obviously treat their employees right, because the customer service is fantastic. So much so, I want to go back to the shop and buy another. One for each floor of the house! Or, one if those funky fans! Finally, go to this center if you want to buy a Dyson. Their pricing is better than I've seen anywhere. read more

Just dropped of my DC40 and was disappointed. I purchased the refurbished unit from Woot.com which arrived with a broken hose and was inoperable. After calling their 800 number to register the unit, they issued a ticket number for the repair after we identified the problem. On arrival in the Service Center, the customer service rep. proceeded to tell me that I should never have bought a refurbished unit. I don't think he was pleased with my reply (i.e. are you going to service it, or should I call corporate?). He took the unit to the back. He seemed surprised that I wanted a receipt! I certainly hope they repair my unit better than they communicated with me. read more

Well 4 years into using our Dyson Big Ball one of the big weals broke off from the base. I called the 800 number and they referred me to the local Dyson repair center. Carried my base unit in on a Saturday morning fully expecting that it would take weeks to repair and was surprised to be out the door in less than 10 minutes fully repaired! Yes these vacuums are more expensive but a great vacuum and a FULL 5 year no hassle warranty is worth the price. Great appliance, great service and great warranty. read more

Dyson saved the day for us and they did it with a smile! The young man who greeted us when we walked in could not have been nicer! He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired our Dyson while we waited just a few minutes!! We are so pleased with the Dyson quality and customer service!! Thank you, Dyson!! read more

Dyson sucks! (But in a good way!) I have 5 Dysons - 3 uprights and 2 minis. I love my pets but hate their hair. I don't vacuum, I Dyson! I rarely have an issue with any of my Dysons but the service center is always polite and speedy on the repairs. If they see you coming, they open the door and schlep your machine back to your car. While I was waiting, the customer ahead of me was offered to trade-in their machine for 40% off a new one. The new machines were brand new - not refurbished and still in the box. That is something to consider the next time when and if my first Dyson, a DC07 Animal that is over 10 years old ever dies of old age. read more

I took my 5 .1 year old Dyson Multi Floor vac in to have a new internal hose installed. From the time I walked in to the time I left was 11 minutes. Michael and team installed the hose and said since the machine was only 1 month out of warranty they would cover the repair. Incredible attitude and incredible service. Thanks guys for the expected service from a company that has a number of "big wheels" always watching overt their service. read more
