I made an online order for four items, all of which were in-store, and two days later I had to call to find out what was taking so long. I could barely hear the guy I was talking to because he had me on speakerphone and there was so much noise, and he ignored me for a couple minutes while he had a conversation with another employee. But he never apologized or gave me a reason for taking so long, he just said the order would be ready in 10 minutes. I don't know who's managing the Auto Zone on Covington Pike, but he sucks at his job.
