Girl behind the counter tells me he doesn't know how to use the machine, yet another employee is working behind the desk, patronizing with the female customer; he couldn't take care of me? I waited over 20 minutes for nothing. They just lost a loyal customer who took all three of his vehicles there. HORRIBLE customer service!!! In my industry we have a sign in out office that reads fast, cheap or good... pick two because you can't get all three. I have tried another shop in McHenry a few years ago that a friend recommended. The car was there for 3 days and I called because I hadn't heard anything. They stated that they were going to look at it the next day ( 4 working days later). I picked it up and brought it to North Town and was driving it two days later. I really have never had a bad experience here and do trust them.
