We spent a couple thousand dollars on emissions-related repairs based on the garage's recommendations, yet the problem remains unresolved. As retirees on a limited income, we cannot afford additional costly repairs. We were not offered any refund, partial reimbursement, or clear explanation of what the actual problem might be or how it could be fixed. While we understand that some repairs can be difficult to diagnose, our experience left us feeling that we paid a significant amount of money without receiving a solution to the issue that brought us in. We encourage others to use caution and ask detailed questions before authorizing major repairs.

Carmedix did extensive panel replacement and paint, resulting in an absolutely beautiful finished product. They perfectly matched the rare original color and replaced the 3M clear bra, as well as detailing my car inside and out before I picked it up. All the panels were perfectly aligned and the car was absolutely brand new. This happened two months after I had switched to Geico and it was an almost $5000 comprehensive claim. I was understandably worried about getting everything taken care of by Geico, but CarMedix took care of everything. I dropped my car off and a week later it was ready. They even arranged for a rental and did all the work of talking to Geico and getting everything approved and covered. I have since recommended them without hesitation and they've done body and paint work on three of my friends' cars, one of whom is extremely particular. CarMedix consistently has some of the lowest prices you can find and more importantly does extremely good work. I've definately not seen a better bodywork value.

This place is top notch! They have a big clean waiting room with a big screen TV and free WiFi internet. I actually thought that this was a franchise business since the employees wear nice polo's with company logo and everything is professional. I was told about their customer appreciation program where for every dollar you spend you get a "CarMedix mile", once you have enough of these miles you can redeem them for free services like brakes and oil changes. The service I've been provided is bar none! The prices are fair and the automobile is fixed on time when promised. They also have a full body shop and a small dealership. I had an anti freeze leak. Took 3 times to fix and stop leaking. First time 350.00 Second time…read more650.00 Then on their watch some part broke he wanted 750.00 more but he did say well I fixed it with plastic zip ties. Not thinking to much about it cause he is the owner snd should know what he's doing. But when I got home and looked there were so many zip ties I couldn't count them and they were on a hot engine. WHAT!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Took my car to someone else removed the zip ties and fixed whatever they broke for 80.00. Yes 80.00. The part that broke was only 14.00 I will never ever ever go there or tell anybody else. And each time they had my car for about 4 days always making excuses. Denny may be a nice guy but I can't believe he had me leave there with plastic zip ties holding parts together in a hot engine. And on top of that when I went to take it to the place that fixed it when I started it, it sounded terrible. BEWARE!!!!!!
