I have use them to repaire my oven, it is a fixed…read moreprice repair, by the end of the day, they invoiced me with the door broken, and been told he hase ordered a new door, due to arrive in 2 weeks time, consider it is a fixed fee repair, and he have been agreed to replace the door, I have not question too much about the repair. to show a good guesture, I have also paid his repair fee. but two weeks after, there is no response, until I called him, he just said the part is not aviable, and refuse continue the work, and also not redund the money. In my opion, he is not any better than a cheater. this is the company/service you are try to absolutely avoid!!
